(They all super-jump back to the center. BRIDGETT has a Bloblobber. SPIDER has a Mini Splatling. INKURA has a Ballpoint Splatling. HIRO has a Tenta Brella.)
Spider-Welp.
Hiro-Wait a minute. Where's the Grizzco Blaster?!
(They spread out. BRIDGETT swims up a wall to the right.)
Bridgett-I promise I'm not bad. I promise I'm helping.
(She looks around.)
Bridgett-Where are all the bosses?
(She sees the others running to the other side of the arena.)
Inkura-They must be this way!
(BRIDGETT follows them. They see a Fish Stick dropping in. They all fire at it from far away.)
Bridgett-You don't think we could have gone up there.
Hiro-Nah. We've got the range, right?
(BRIDGETT swims to the base again. A Scrapper comes driving in. She swims away as it gets closer to the center.)
Hiro-You do realize there's no basket to lure bosses to, right?
Bridgett-Lure?
(HIRO starts shooting the Scrapper from the front while BRIDGETT swims to the back.)
Hiro-Clearly, you haven't played a lot of Salmon Run.
(They splat the Scrapper.)
Hiro-From what I remember, we played one run, we fought Cohozuna, and as soon as we got back, you ran screaming out of the building.
(Flyfish missiles start raining in. BRIDGETT runs to the left.)
Bridgett-It wasn't the Cohozuna I was scared of.
(Another Scrapper drives past her. She sees a Steelhead beneath a Slammin' Lid.)
Bridgett-It was that.
(HIRO catches up to her.)
Hiro-What, the Steelhead?
(Lessers start coming at them from both sides. A Steelhead bomb lands in front of them. They jump out of the way. BRIDGETT swims away. She catches her breath.)
Bridgett-Nothing can hurt you here. Nothing can hurt you here.
(She covers a Flipper-Flopper's ring and splats the Flipper-Flopper. She fights off some incoming Lessers.)
Bridgett-Help!
(She runs out of ink. She swims away in an effort to reload.)
Bridgett-Wait a minute. I've got this!
(She activates her Inkjet. She splats a Slammin' Lid and then eliminates six eighths of a Fish Stick with one shot. She sees a Cohock looking up at her.)
Bridgett-What are you looking at, bub?
(She revives HIRO, who is right next to it.)
Bridgett-I wonder if he got rid of the...
(She turns around and sees the Steelhead in the center. It's still beneath the Slammin' Lid.)
Bridgett-Oh no.
(The Inkjet deactivates, and she launches back to her starting point.)
Bridgett-Am I dead?
(HIRO throws a Triple Inkstrike. BRIDGETT closes her eyes and swims towards the Slammin' Lid. She gets out before she can get crushed. The Slammin' Lid crushes the Steelhead. Then she jumps on the Slammin' Lid.)
