Mónica's POV
"What do we do then?", I ask while we are getting to the centre of Barcelona for our first "date".
"You just walk around like a normal day. We'll send the info to the agencies so they can send someone while you two just get something to drink or whatever. And make it seem like you actually enjoy being together".
I know Manu's words are directed at my frown.
"We'll be fine", says Pablo, who seems to be too relaxed about all of this.
We get out of the car and move to sit on a park bench. I can see Saúl pointing his phone at us and I look away.
"Do you want a smoothie?"
"Huh?"
"There's a place around here where they make nice ones. We could get one to go and just walk around drinking it so they get their photos".
"Sounds good".
I get up right when Manu walks past us and says "all done".
"This feels more like an FBI mission".
My comment makes Pablo laugh. "Those two probably think they are saving the world, so it's fitting".
I look at the menu, trying to decide what sounds more appealing when I feel Pablo right behind me. I turn my head slightly, wondering why he's so close to me.
"There are photographers outside", he whispers.
"If you ever have an accident, call them instead of the ambulance. They'll get there faster".
His laugh is caught by one of the paparazzi. We are giving them the best photos without even trying. Maybe this won't be so hard.
But then we get our drinks and try to leave the juice bar...only to find the entry is full of paparazzi. My terrified face would make for a great cover too.
"We can't go out".
"Gavi!", calls the barista. "Come here. I'll help you get out".
He shows us the back exit and when we get there, it still is empty but the photographers aren't dumb. They'll be there soon.
"Thank you, mate. I wish I could repay you", says Pablo.
"Don't worry. You've given us a lot of publicity with those photos. Now run, they'll be here soon".
And so we run. But when we are turning the corner, we see the flash from the cameras. "They are right behind us!", I say, already a bit tired from running.
"Let's go to the underground. The entry is right there and they won't be able to know where we go out".
He takes my hand while we run and try to avoid bumping into people. It's really busy right now and some of them recognize us. Well, they mostly recognize him.
I can't help but laugh. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever done in my life. Pablo turns to look at me when he hears my laugh and shakes his head, smiling. And that's the photo they'll use everywhere.

New IT couple alert?
Days ago, the internet spotted a new follow on Barça's golden boy Pablo Gavi's Instagram account. Fans wondered whether he had set his sights on the latest runner-up of Operación Triunfo, 18-year-old Mónica López. The Barcelona singer didn't follow back but we are sure she did answer the DMs she received from the midfielder. The pair was spotted in the city grabbing some drinks together, looking very cosy. At the sight of photographers, they tried to escape from the cameras and were seen running holding hands and laughing, on their way to the underground, where the paparazzi lost sight of them.
Could we be witnessing the beginning of a new relationship between two of the most popular young celebrities in the country? We can only say we are jealous, but we aren't sure who we are more jealous of yet.
