Nobody slept that night, especially Lana. Some tried to but images of what that night filled their heads. Everyone in camp was just running off of adrenaline.
Lana couldn't sleep in her tent, not after what happened in there. So she attempted to sleep in Glenn's tent, but even with the change of scenery Lana still couldn't fall asleep. She just stared at the sky blankly, occasionally switching to a more comfortable position.
Glenn had been up since sunrise helping the camp. But Lana just couldn't do it, she just laid there.
She eventually found the energy to change into new clothes and leave Glenn's tent. Lana's nose was immediately met with the smell of a fire. 'A fire in the morning?' She thought growing curious.
As the girl approached the camp, she saw a cloud of smoke in the air, peacefully passing over her. That cloud of smoke might be the only peaceful thing about this camp.
Once Lana reaches camp she is met with a pile of burning walkers. By the RV Andrea is hunched over Amy, and Lana has to hold back tears at the sight of her dead friend.
As Lana is fighting tears she hears Glenn ask "Hey, what are you guys doing? This is for geeks. Our people go over there." Lana looks over and sees Daryl and Morales drag her mother's corpse towards the burning pile of walkers. Lana can't resist tearing up anymore, and she starts to silently sob. "Are people going over there!" Glenn states, getting visibly annoyed.
"They're all infected," Daryl says, grouping the sick monsters with her mother.
Daryl and Morales drop Quinn's corpse while Glenn states "Our people go in that row over there." While pointing to the row of corpses. "We don't burn them! We bury them!" Glenn exclaims. Daryl and Morales look annoyed but they both pick up the corpse of Lana's mother and start dragging it to the row of corpses.
Glenn then catches sight of Lana who is visibly tearing up. "Oh shit." He says to himself while Lana turns around and runs back to Glenn's tent.
Glenn immediately starts to chase after her while calling out "Lana?!" Over and over. While Lana remained silent, Glenn was able to locate her by following the sound of her hushed cries.
