SEASON TWO SPOILERS TW: gun use
In Blood, Sweat, And Tears By Z3its0u
The camp would've been dead silent if it wasn't for the scraping forks and occasional mumbles of the people near. Lana sat slightly separated from the others, focused on her eggs that Carol had made for the group. She would occasionally make a funny face at Carl to make him laugh, it's nice to see him laughing after everything that's happened.
The eggs made Lana think of the ones that Beth had made her that one morning. She hasn't been able to see her much with everything that has been going on. Does she know about the barn? Lana thought as she shoved a spoonful of eggs on her fork.
The thought of the barn sent Lana into a spiral. Was that the reason that Hershel wanted them to leave? Or is there something else they're hiding? But before Lana could get too deep into her thoughts Glenn abruptly stood up, this caught her attention.
Lana and the rest of the camp direct their attention towards Glenn. Glenn looks at Lana with a fearful tint in his eyes, and immediately Lana knows what's about to happen.
"Um, guys." Glenn says, his voice quivering due to his nerves. He rubs his chin and adjusts his stance nervously. Glenn looks at Lana again, Lana flashes him a quick thumbs up. "So..." Glenn sighs and rubs his hands together. The group is starting to lose interest in Glenn.
"The barns full of walkers." Glenn says quickly, the group's attention is immediately caught once more. Lana looks at Rick who is eyeing Glenn attentively, searching for an ounce of a lie. But Rick is wise and he quickly realizes Glenn is telling the truth.
Shane and Rick look at each other simultaneously, Shane gives Rick a nod of approval before the two get up and make a B-line for the barn.
Lana gets up quickly and follows the two, Glenn and the others do the same. She worries about what Shane will do with this information, she's seen how he can act and how far he will go. Yesterday proved that.
Shane peeks through a crack in the barn's wooden walls, Rick stands close to him while the rest of the group stands multiple feet away.
