When Lana fell she hit her head, which wasn't helping her case. She was now disoriented and shot. Her vision was blurry and her head was throbbing. Lana tries to get up off the ground but a sharp pain in her side knocks her to the ground. She looks around, her vision is starting to return to normal which reveals the sight in front of her. The buck, her, and Carl were all shot.
Lana then got up off the ground, wincing as the pain in her side steadily got worse. When she was standing upright she looked down at her side to see blood slowly pour out of her fresh wound. She lightly presses her hand on the wound but winces at contact and quickly pulls away.
A bigger man then emerges from the woods and is immediately shocked by the sight. "Oh my..." he mumbles in shock. The man then quickly studies the sight in front of him before blurting out "I have a farm a couple of ways east!"
From there Rick quickly picked up his son and ran east. The rest quickly followed, even though Lana was injured she still managed to catch up to Rick.
As the two were running side by side Rick yelled "How far?!"
"Another half mile, that way!" The bigger man yells in response while pointing east. "Hey Hershel, talk to Hershel he'll help your boy!" He adds tiredly.
Shane and the man slowly started to fall more and more behind, leaving Rick and Lana to fend for themselves...
As a beautiful White House came into view Rick started to slow down. "Give me Carl!" Lana orders through her tired pants. Rick shakes his head tiredly, he then attempts to run again but stumbles out of fatigue. "Give me Carl! He is dying and I can give him a real chance!" Lana yells, starting to get frustrated with the man. Rick shakes his head slightly before handing Lana Carl. Lana quickly adjusts her grip on Grimes's boy before running as fast as she can towards the farm.
"Was he bit?!" An older man surrounded by his family asks as Lana gets closer.
"Shot, by your man!" Lana answers as she starts to slow down.
