Race day

The past couple of days have been a lot of fun actually but today is the most existing part of it all its Race day. And formation lap is about to start! I was sitting at Ferrari with Carlos his uncle and his cousin who is about my age. We got to talking a littlr he has a Spanish accent. I dont speak four words of Spanish. Maybe i do

Hola and como or coma or commo estas? Oh and muy bien

But that really is it i can count i think. Uno does tres thats it

(No idea if i spelled that wrong and feel free to learn me new words)

Charles was starting p3 with in P1 Max and p2 Perez. It's a decent start if he keeps his place or goes higher he has a podium which would be amazing seeing him up there. If he doesn't thats also fine! He would probably be a little disappointed since he really wants to be world champion but it's just getting a little hard with the way eveois going ay Ferrari. But i will support him a 100%

The end of the race was near and Charles sas p2 Carlos p4 and i was really hoping Carlos could get p3.

Yeeeey!!! Im actually so happy for them!

As Charles stood on the podium he kept looking down. And he was looking for someone which isn't me because we had already had eye contact so that meant is was someone else. After scanning his eyes through everything he found who he was looking for. I scanned the way he was looking and i found a boy, the boy who came at the door when i slept over.

He was together with Lorenzo so I suspect it's his younger brother this time. Forgot his name ofcourse.

Charles had sprayed his champagne and gotten down from the podium as i was standing along a lor of people in Ferrari t-shirts. I wasn't i was in fact in his merch that he hasn't released yet. Its just a black shirt with cl16 on the top above a little pocket nothing special. The other ones are but no need to show everyone something that may even not be released?

He gave his two brothers a hug before he walked right past me. Damn?

That kind od hurt he probably didn't see me i guess. Lorenzo was standing right beside me.

"He didn't see you Oaklynn"

He better because if he skipped me on purpose he won't be very happy with himself i can promise myself AND him that!

"Yea i guess so"

"Heey Oaklynn pleasure to finally meet you in a normal way"

"Hi! How are you?"

"Bien, how about you?"

"Yea fine!"

He smiled at me knowing why i felt just a little off.

"Arthur i am going back to the hotel a little early, you can drive with Charles he said"

?? There are two seats in the car? Is he really driving twice? Or what? Did he forget about me?
I turned around to see that Lorenzo had already left. No goodbye? Well this situation was getting weirder by the minute and i didn't like it by one bit!

Me and Arthur talked a little and walked to the Garage where he should be finished in about  an hour so he can fully leave and not cone back till next year.

"So how did you guys meet?"

"Well two ways. We met in a club for the first time where we like told our names but nothing special. And then about 4 months later which was a month ago he was at my birthday but i had forgotten who he was but he hadn't forgotten who i was" it's pretty funny if you think about it.

"After the Monaco grand prix?"

"Yes"

"Reallyyyyy? That's interesting!"

Charles had finished I assume since he has a bag with stuff and said bye to everyone.

I heard The brothers have a conversation in French about how his pace sas less then expected. Boring? No not really but it isn't of my intrest. We? They? Us? Whatever the three of us were walking towards the car.

"Charles?"

After saying his name I realised I hadn't said anything to him yet. Not a single word.

"Hmm" oh?

"Well how is Arthur driving with us?there are only two seats?"

"Oh i forgot ill walk!" Arthur says trying to fix it in someway.

"It's fine I'll call you an uber" he says while looking at me. Is he really saying i should take an uber all by myself? What the fuck is wrong with him because he didn't win? No why would he react that way!

"Oh okay thanks. I'll pay for it myself"

"I wasn't talking to you Arthur i was talking to Oaklynn" Charles said to him

"What why? She can't take an uber all by herself! She is a woman in a foreign country. + Ubers cant be trusted we all know that!"

Why is he acting like this? I saw Lando walking towards his car. I walked up to him without saying anything.

"Heey lando"

"Oh hi Oaklynn where is Charles?"

"He and Arthur are leaving but they wanna call me a uber but can i drive with you instead?"

"Oh uhm why isn't Arthur going with an uber?"

"I have no idea! Charles is acting weird!"

"But uh sure you can drive with me."

I walked back to Charles said i was driving with Lando and he simply said no. But not in a residence way more in a nervous was as if he had it all planned our for me to go with an uber. Charles RAN to lando talked to him and came back.

"Okay you can drive with him mon amour"

So now he is calling me mon amour? Yea sure didn't think so mr leclerc

I got in the mclaren car which was very hot from the insided!

I was just so confused! Why the fuck was he acting this weird because if he is really planning on asking me to be his girlfriend then this is the wrong way to do it. I really hate the way he is acting right now and if this is the way he acts after a race I don't feel like ever coming again. Or even ever getting close when he has driven. This really is bull shit!
