From the beginning

Yesterday Charles got back from the Japanese grand prix. Its been a while since we have seen eachother. I guess I'll need update you guys.

After our boat trip he apologised so did i and we made good after all. But something was off. We weren't the same for some reason.  We would go without talking for multiple days. The 3 magic words were not to be said ONCE. And for some reason I haven't seen him in a week. When we did see  each other it was awkward.

So you must have figured that we do not live together anymore. I have my own apartment now pretty close to his its a 4 minute walk. You may wonder why?

Well it's simple really. He was away quite a lot which is fine that's what I signed up for after all. But it didn't feel like my place. Everything was decorated in race gear and tracks. I love his apartment is is so him just not me. And that mixed with how everything was going i just didn't want to take the risk.

We didn't break up but it did feel like it.

Tonight i have to go home for dinner my parents have a big announcement im begging that they won't divorce i think i would lay dead on the floor if they did. I mean i know my mom is bad for my dad but they still love each other. And for some reason it would just be another reason for me to be seen as a nevermind

It would get into the press my mom would probably sue for the company which she wouldn't win. I would have to choose between them and it would just be a disaster.

'Charles❤️ calling'

Charles? Oh okay

"Hi" i say

"Hey lynn i really want to see you."

"You do?" I was a little surprised

"Yes ofcourse your my girlfriend. I love being with you i miss you."

He misses me.. for some reason it feels really good hearing that. Because the last few times were just horrific to be honest.

"I can come over?"

"Okay can you come at 7?"

"Oh, no i have a announcement dinner with my parents"

"Oh, you want me to come?"

Oh im begging he comes.

"Yes please!"

"What time should i pick you up?"

"6:15 and then we will be there 5 minutes early."

"Great way to meet your parents as your boyfriend."

Oh shit i forgot.

"Oh yea i might have to ask."

"Okay you do that."

"I will ill call my dad."

"Okay see you tonight I love you!"

"I love you too, bye"

I was actually really happy after not being on good terms. It felt good hearing him say that he loved me because it wasn't so sure anymore after a while.

I did have to call my dad and i did. He said it was fine to have him but he and Rosé will have to sit at the table when they announce the big news. Which is fine those two can easily sit back on their phones or even have a little chat.

"I have been calling you for 10 minutes Mon. amour! We are late now!" He says

"Its fine it's not like they can kick me out" maybe i was trying to hide it all trough humour and he saw that.

"Let's just go your mom must think I'm a joke"

"Bearrrr.. don't be so hard on yourself my mom will adore you no matter what. Your an amazing person in and our so please never doubt yourself again!!!"

"I love you" he says smiling very shyly at me.

"I love you too

We arrive at my beloved home

"Home sweet home" i say joking

"Your home!" He says right after, looking at the big white house.

It never felt like home. I was home in different moments.

Home, let me come home, home is whenever I'm with you.

That's the song that reminds me of it. Of home being people and not a house where you live in. My dad, Charles, Elsa and Matthew! Those are my home.

"Oaklynn silver even brought her so sweet boyfriend" pablo says while we walk in acting as if he didn't know we could hear him.

"Look at that. He is even decent dressed? Who would've thought."

"What? Charles is always well dressed what is your problem Pablo?"

"Well a paid of swim shorts and red pants on the track didn't seem very decent to me to be honest!"

Ugh i could hit him straight in his face RIGHT NOW!

We sit down at the dinner table my parents need their special moment so they ofcourse sit down later then us.

My mom gives a nod to Charles before she sits down and starts to be allllll over Rosé.
My dad instead gives him a proper welcome to the family which wont be so much of a family after this probably. Anyways dinner came to terms we ate talkes the usual you get it.

My mom focused on my brother and my dad trying to be focused on me and Pablo. He talkes most of the night with Charles. About much more personal stuff then how the yacht it (luckily)

Not a word was said about any yacht which let me know they bonded in a better way. Which is really nice that two of my favourite people get along really good.

Me and rosé got to talking a little and they (my dad and Charles) kept on Chatting.
When all of the sudden i hear my dad ask him
"Do i need to save up for another wedding yet?" I don't turn around to look because that would be double extra

"You might just have to" Charles reply's

What? He wants to marry me? No no no that's probably not what he meant he is probably joking and being sarcastic. He doesn't know if he wants to marry me yet.

Maybe he does because i do?
Thinking about it. I would marry him!
