Throughout all of the rooms except the store, paintings, pictures and other works of art were a focal point.The store In my study, I had a picture of me shaking hands with John at the beginning of the informal partnership we shared. Also, I have a list of all Arendelle trade associates just to keep me right. In my quarters, I had a picture of me and one of me with my mum and dad before they went back home to Northern Ireland. In Elsa's quarters there was a small picture of her and a massive portrait of her father at his coronation that hung over the dressing table. This room we had a picture of the disaster pancakes from that morning over the cooker. We also had a picture of Elsa and I at around the time we first met each other. This was one that Martha had found and brought back from the market. I t was only an artist impression of us as we had never stood to be painted before. When you are reduced to isolation, getting your portrait took is not something that you can just do. It was terrible as I was nearly two feet taller than Elsa and she was dressed in black. Obviously Arendelle sees Elsa as a Goth and me as an eight foot tall ex basketball player and current lamppost. However, it was still recognisable on who we were. In Elsa's workshop, there were many pictures of designs from around the castle that Elsa requested an inspiration for more designs of her own making. I think that she had ideas of trying to amalgamate two patterns into a super-pattern which she would then use. Also, she had a picture of her mother who was the one who had taught her to be able to sew which occupied her to keep her powers at bay, before she died. The archway that stretched the entire length of the corridor pattern of rooms did not stop right from my study all the way to the store. The only doors in the whole area were the window doors leading out on to the balcony, and the main doors onto the hallway. Anna too must have requested for some work to be done on her quarters a well because she arrived down at the door, very eager to talk about the comparison in design of their rooms now. As always, Anna's unwanted presence caused Elsa to get upset at her visit as she did almost every other time. The sound of Anna's voice only reminded Elsa of the incident. I thought I could trust Anna to come in that one time and see it as an exception, but she abused her chance. I was considering having to go out and send her away but Elsa managed to talk her into backing down and disappearing herself. But this wasn't until she had been sent spiralling into a dark day. This was the first one in the new expansion. Great way to run it in, isn't it?
