Now for the nitty gritty bit, each document contained a little information relevant to its economy. At the top there would be the town, city or countries name. Beneath this, there would be the names of the main personnel in power and those that would be the representative dignitaries with a slight introduction to them. This was then followed by lots of numbers and figures that were values for items of interest such as the total amount of money that was currently at their disposal, previous years income, average wealth per person, availability of raw materials and amount of factories and business of all sorts currently situated in the place. Other negative features included the amount of recorded recessions and their duration and the unemployment rate. The positive features were positive numbers and the negative features were negative numbers. I then had to add these values up and look to see if the place met the agreed required number of 500,500. This was the perfect level set by John and I that Arendelle could exceed as well. This figure decided whether or not that the place would be considered. If it did not come as far as this figure then they were rejected. Above this point and they were moved along to the next stage. Here, I had to draw a graph of the worst and best case scenarios that would occur if we took them on over the next few years. If the best case outweighed the worst then they moved on once again to the next stage. If the worst outweighed the best then they were rejected. At stage three, I'd look at their personalities and decide whether or not that they were the sort of people that Arendelle should be mixing with. To configure all this, I wrote a report card and made my own mental opinion but what I had to do was send them on to stage four which was the regent John's judgement. He then made the final verdict while I had to keep my opinion quiet. Most times we said the same but for Weselton it was different. The place exceeded all expectations and broke the records at the first stages. But, when it came to the report, I saw the flaws in their personality, particularly the duke who had 'Henchmen. ' My mind said rejection sending them to stage four, however John thought otherwise and signed the treaty anyway. Seeming that once Elsa was the queen, she would take over from John at stage four so I had to make sure that I paid close attention to describe this step out well so she knew exactly what to do. The rest I was not as worried about as I would still be there to do this during her reign, but she still needed to be able to grasp the concept of it for future knowledge.
