As a "celebration," Vic decided that tonight we'd go out. He drove me home and told me to be ready by five because he apparently had something planned. My mom and I squealed about it for about five minutes straight before she shot me up the stairs to get ready.

I didn't want to look too dressy nor too casual for our "first official date." As my mom called it. I picked out a dressy shirt and some dark denim jeans. This is okay, right? I bit my lip as I mulled the idea around in my head. I decided to ask Vic. I quickly dressed up in my possible outfit and took a quick mirror picture and sent it to him.

Me: Does this look okay babe? I don't know what to wear :(

Vic: It looks fine darling, you're beautiful anyway it goes

Me: Stop! /.\ Okay I'm almost ready :)

Vic: Can't wait xx

He's so cute, and fluffy, and adorable, and smart, and UGH! My heart can't take it.

I took another look in the mirror, first smiling. Then I took a longer look...

What am I thinking? I can't wear this. It shows my big stomach and legs. No. I can't!

Oh no, here comes the thoughts again...

Thankfully, I was snapped out of it when I heard my mom call for me downstairs, telling me Vic is here.

Well this'll just have to do.

I stuffed my phone in my pocket and took one more look in the mirror. Still unhappy, but I can't leave Vic waiting any longer. My mom's probably showing him my baby pictures or something. I laced my shoes up and started for the stairs.

"Ahhhh, Kellin! You didn't tell me how handsome Vic is in person!" My mom yelled as I came down the steps. I groaned in response, peering at Vic who looked mesmerized.

"You there babe?" I asked, poking his shoulder. He quickly shook his head and said "Sorry, what?"

"I said stop staring at my ass."

"KELLIN!" My mom shouted.

"MOM!" I shouted back.

All three of us began uncontrollable laughter before Vic and I egressed my house and to his car. Tonight should be fun.

Vic made me endure a two hour long car ride before I realized where we were. He exited off the freeway, and then I saw the gigantic Santa Monica ferris wheel.

"You're taking me to the pier?!" I asked in disbelief. He just giggled and nodded as we searched for a place to park. Once we found a spot, he got out, walked around the car, and opened my door for me.

"Such a gentleman." I teased.

He buried his face in my neck and said "Only for you."
