Despite two weeks time, Vic and I still have no idea who could've been spying on us that night. We asked all of our friends and no one had an idea, so we've tried to move past it. Instead, we're both focusing more on school, which explains why I'm spending my Saturday night making history notes for Monday's test. I've had a few urges to break away from homework and bother Vic, but he's studying way harder than me for one crucial final before graduation in two weeks.

That's another thought that has slid its way into my mind lately...graduation. What am I going to do for Vic? What am I going to do without Vic?

I've asked him about going to San Diego State so we can still see each other regularly, but he said that college doesn't have the courses he needs. So instead, he's applying with good chances of getting into San Francisco State, which is a whole eight hours away. Most of me is awfully disappointed by his decision, but he keeps the reminder floating around that I only have one more year of high school, and then maybe I could move to San Francisco with him. It's quite a stretch, but it's a hope. Plus, I don't want to ruin his excitement with my doubtful thoughts, so I've been pushing the feelings aside.

I tossed the homework aside since my thoughts have completely distracted me. Replacing the pen with my phone, I began typing a message to Tay to help me plan something. Her and I have gotten pretty close since Vic now works down at the diner along with her, and she comes over most afternoons when he can't.

Me: Hey TayTay, I hope you're not busy because I need your help!

Tay: What is it Kells? I'm studying.

Me:  Ugh studying is ruining my social life! I need your help planning something and it's vry important.

Tay: ...Okay...if I fail it's your fault. Omw over.

A small squeal slipped past my lips as I clicked my phone's screen off. Since Tay miraculously lives merely two streets over, I wasn't surprised to hear the door ring a few minutes later. I flitted down the stairs on the short banister only to be stopped by my mom, who was sporting a pained expression. "Wait, before you answer the door," She paused with a sigh," I just need to know when these therapy sessions begin."

Momentarily I idled,  puzzled by her words before recalling the family therapy we signed up for.

"Oh yeah! I'm not sure... I'll get back to you on that." I promised awkwardly, scooting over to the door to let Tay in.

"Hey Kel!" She greeted cheerfully with her never ending benevolent grin.

"Hello-oo Mrs. Jardine." I replied, grabbing her hand and pulling her up the stairs to my room.

"Never call me that again by the way, the teachers at school do it enough." She chided once the door sealed. "Now that I'm here, how may I be of your assistance, Queen Quinn?"

"Okay sit!" I squeaked, patting the bean bag chair beside mine. She plopped down with an exaggerated sigh and hand motioned for me to continue.

"So, since brainy boyfriend is graduating in a few weeks, I was thinking of throwing him a graduation/'good luck in college' party." I explained.

"Okay, okay, sounds cool." Tay replied with a few nods of her head. "So what's the theme? Where at? Who are we inviting? When?!"

"Maybe I could answer you if your lips stopped moving a mile per minute!"

She nodded and took a deep breath. "Sorry."

"I was thinking of having it in the Fuentes' house, because their living room is commodious and will hold about 30-45 people. I could skip the last day along with you and Mike, set the house up, and be done way before the graduation walk that evening."
