It's my last class, and 5th hour along with it have been dragged out.

   Excruciatingly dragged out.

I should have skipped the last two. I don't think Grams would have cared once I told her why. Well fibbed a why, I'm not telling her it's because I wanna kiss my newly officiated boyfriend, or anything.

I wouldn't even tell him that. It's like now that I know what happened, that he likes me, that we are in an actual relationship everything works. Everything is fine. Everything is finally in place again. I have everything I need.

My mom. Grams. Embry. Quil. Jake. Bella, and her little sister, that I have not talked to.

   This is my happy ending.

   Right?

                                ---

I step out the main doors, and the first person I see is Embry.

I start running and when I get to him I wrap my arms around his neck, my legs around his waist.

"It's only been 2 hours and it seems longer than the weeks without you," I say dramatically.

   "I know right?"

I get down and look at him. I've missed him so much!

"Why are the Cullens staring?" He has a bitter undertone, hatred spilling from his mouth.

"Oh, you know. They are weirdos. They probably smell your doggie fumes."

"Hey! You can't dig at that yet. You haven't even known a day."

"I've known somewhat for a while. My grandpa was one of you."

"Really?" I nod. He walks me to the car opening the passenger door for me.

   "Thanks."

"Well you just digged at my smell, but I'm not gonna stop being nice."

"I love your mom," I say.

   "Why?"

"Because she did an amazing job raising you. You're already the best boyfriend ever and it's only been a few hours." I smile up at him. I get up again and kiss his cheek.

"Well. Thanks. Your the best girlfriend. I also have no idea why I waited so long to ask you. This could've been happening so much sooner." He closes my door, and jogs to his own.

"Thats what happens when you don't have a brain Embry."

"We do not need to play let's pick Embry apart today. If I'm being honest I know everything about you by now, so we should just skip that first date stuff. I'm gonna take you on a swim date."

"Oh wow. So actually skipping the first three dates and going straight to getting half naked?"

As he continues driving, he looks at me. A smile that is worth more than a million dollars. Worth more than all my belongings put together. Worth more than I have. And it's just a smile.

"Well, I've been wanting to see for a while now." I smack his arm laughing, and turn away with a blush.

"Thats not cool, Embry. I also don't magically have a swimsuit under this."

"Thats ok. You got underwear. Cave men didn't have swimsuits."

   "Uh, wh-. Em-."

"I got you speechless already? I'm loving this relationship."
