Kartik had been searching for Naira for weeks, using every means at his disposal to try and track her down. He had scoured social media, asked old friends if they had any leads, and even hired a private investigator to try and find her. But despite his best efforts, he had come up empty-handed.

One evening, Kartik was feeling particularly frustrated as he sat in his favorite café, sipping a cup of coffee and scrolling through his phone. He had just received another dead end in his search for Naira, and he was starting to feel like he was never going to find her.

As he sat there lost in thought, he suddenly heard a familiar voice behind him.

"Excuse me, do you mind if I sit here?"

Kartik turned to see a young woman standing beside him, a hesitant smile on her face. He recognized her instantly as Naira's best friend, Gayu.

"Gayu?" he said, his eyes widening in surprise. "What are you doing here?"

Gayu shrugged, sliding into the seat across from him.

"I was meeting a friend for coffee, and I saw you sitting here. I thought I'd come over and say hi."

Kartik felt a surge of excitement as he realized that Gayu might be able to help him find Naira.

"Gayu, listen," he said, leaning forward eagerly. "Do you know where Naira is? I've been trying to find her for weeks, but I haven't had any luck."

Gayu's expression softened as she looked at him.

"I'm sorry, Kartik," she said. "I don't know where Naira is. I had traveling a lot lately, and I haven't been able to get in touch with her."

Kartik felt a pang of disappointment, but he tried not to let it show.

"Do you have any idea where she might be?" he asked, his voice hopeful.

Gayu shook her head, looking apologetic.

"I'm sorry, Kartik. I wish I could help you, but I don't know where she is."

Kartik sighed, feeling deflated. He had been so hopeful that he might finally be able to find Naira, but it seemed like his search was going to continue.

As he sat there, lost in thought, Gayu reached across the table and took his hand.

"Don't give up, Kartik," she said, her eyes meeting his. "I know how much Naira means to you, and I believe that you'll find her someday. You just have to keep looking."

Kartik felt a surge of gratitude as he looked into Gayu's kind, compassionate eyes. She was right, he realized. He couldn't give up on finding Naira. No matter how difficult the search might be, he had to keep trying. And with Gayu's support, he felt more hopeful than ever that he would be able to find his long-lost friend.

Kartik smiled gratefully at Gayu, feeling a renewed sense of determination.

"Thank you, Gayu," he said. "You're right. I won't give up. I'll find Naira, no matter what it takes."

Gayu smiled back at him, squeezing his hand reassuringly.

"I know you will, Kartik," she said. "And I'll be here to help you every step of the way."

Kartik felt a sense of warmth and gratitude towards Gayu. He had always known that she was a kind and loyal friend, but her willingness to support him in his search for Naira was truly touching.

As they sat there talking, Kartik felt a sense of peace and contentment that he hadn't felt in weeks. Even though he still didn't know where Naira was, he felt like he was getting closer to finding her with every passing day.

After they finished their coffee, Kartik walked Gayu to her car, thanking her once again for her support.

As he turned to walk back to his own car, he felt a sudden sense of anticipation. He didn't know where his search for Naira would take him next, but he knew that he was ready for whatever lay ahead.

With a sense of determination in his heart, he got into his car and drove off into the night, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead in his quest to find Naira.
