This fucking dress isn't doing me any favours. It keeps riding up every time I walk, now that I'm in a rush I don't care to keep tugging it down. Thankfully I'm wearing a bear of biker shorts underneath, the thought of someone looking up my dress and seeing my panties makes me want to die.
When I'm about to rush back inside, my arm is grabbed, stopping me in my tracks. I turn to Rowan who holds my forearm.
"What about them?" He nods his head toward Elias and Sebastian.
Elias stands there, smug and cocky now that I've got him out of my grasp. I contemplate just firing a bullet straight through his skull until i hear some running coming toward my left.
two men in suits approaching quick, I can't tell who they are in this darkness. I step infront of Rowan, who stands infront of Adam and Cherrie, and I raise the gun toward the men. They both stop.
"god- miss, its us." one of the men say, and i recognise the voice.
"we thought they got you too, miss." the other adds.
"Fucks sake- Finn and Tommy..." I lower my aim and sigh. They both turn their heads toward Elias who looks like he's contemplating weather or not to run.
"You found him." Tommy states, then turns to Finn "you think he was who they were using?".
I pinch my brows together. Finn also looks to Elias then Sebastian, who remains still looking to the ground, then to Elias again and approaches him.
Finn is a tall man, he's not as big and broad as Mateo, but he's still lean and definitely has the strength in him that would be underestimated. Finn steps up to Elias until he's up against the wall, Elias glares at Finn with his jaw shaking.
For a moment Finn just stares Elias down, tilting his head, squinting his eyes, lasering his stare through Elias. Then Elias breaks the eye contact and looks to his left, wriggling his head a little with shaky eyes before quickly looking back to Finn.
Finn looks to Tommy behind him, "yep, he is."
"He is what? What's going on, what the hell happened, how did they manage to get in and grab everyone? Where are all the men we had?" I question the both of them, stepping forward.
"Miss, Dylan managed to expand his gang. He reached out to rivals of the Askades in the underworld. Majority of the men guarding outside were sniped and killed, the rest of the men remain guard at the main house and safe house incase there were attempted break ins." Tommy explains to me, turning his full body attention toward me as he speaks, showing me his respect.
Rivals in the underworld... that shit sounds terrifying to a point where I feel my body do that shiver thing when I feel my anxiety travel up my spine. My teeth chatter from the cold, but it could also be the anxiety.
