It had been two weeks since Draco had proposed and Maddy couldn't stop showing everyone her ring. "Look how it catches the light" Maddy gasped admiring the ring as she walked to class with Leah, Arianna, and Lily. "It's simply divine, darling" Arianna said not even bothering to look up from admiring her ruby red nails. "Yes it's quite something" Leah offered trying to be as pleasant as can be "Oh good god!" Lily moaned "What!" Maddy said "I can't bare this any longer. It's a lovely ring Maddy and were quite happy for you, but were getting tired of hearing about it every waking moment!" Lily huffed and Arianna and Leah nodded rather vigorously in agreement. "Oh.. Sorry I'm just really excited" Maddy said guiltily "It's fine just please stop gloating" Leah said as Lily gave Maddy a hug, and Arianna pretended to be Maddy prancing around showing off her ring to everyone. Maddy giggled and swatted Arianna playfully on the arm. "We should get to class" Leah said still laughing "Oh yeah before I forget isn't your first doctors appointment today" a Lily asked "Yeah after school!" Maddy said shouting down the hall trying to get it Divination on time.

Maddy checked her watch at least fifty times waiting for Draco to show up as she sat in the waiting room of the infirmary. After what seemed like hours Draco finally burst through the doors. "Im so so sorry I'm late darling" He said giving her a kiss on the cheek "Where were you!" Maddy demanded crossing her arms. "Well umm you see its kind of a long story which I'm sure you don't have time for" Draco said smiling nervously. "I know your lying but since I'm not in the mood to listen to you and since I have a doctors appointment I'll let it slide..fir now" Maddy said stalking off to join Madam Pomfrey as Draco stood there grinning. "Hello dears" Madam Pomfrey said warmly beconing Maddy to sit on the one of the many beds in the infirmary. Maddy sat disn on one of the clean white beds as Madam Pomfrey closed a curtain around them. "Okay so im going to have to ask you to Lift up your shirt please?" Pomfrey asked. Maddy smiled and lifted up her shirt to reveal her slightly bulging stomach. Madam Pimfrey pulled out her wand and waved it above Maddys stomach and chanted a dm all incantation. A shimmering image appeared above her wand. Draco smiled and squeezed Maddys hand and then kissed her forehead. "Oh my!" Madam Pomfrey gasped. "What's wrong!?" Maddy and Draco said suddenly alarmed. "Nothing's wrong it's just surprising that's all" Madam Pomfrey said reassuringly. "Okay good" Maddy breathed. "So what is it then?" Draco questioned still slightly concerned. "Your having twins!" Madam Ponfrey exclaimed. Draco grinned and gave Maddy a hug as she laughed at how happy and carefree he looked. He moved his head down to her abdoman and kissed it tenderly. "Thank you" Maddy said to Madam Pomfrey as Draco picked her up off the bed and started carrying her out. "No problem!" She shouted after them giggling at the sight of young love.

Draco carried Maddy back to his dorm room and gently set her down on the bed and then sat next to her. "Twins!" He laughed "I know it's wonderful" Maddy said looking at him with adoring eyes. "I love you" he said leaning in to kiss her "I love you too" she murmered as his lips met hers in a passionate kiss. They fell back onto the silky green bedspread as night fell. Later as they lay there in silence Maddy looked over at Draco and asked "Are you still awake?" "Yeah what wrong?" He asked worriedly. "Nothing I'm just umm well I'm REALLY craving butterbeer and chocolate frogs" she said as her stomach growled as if to MShe her point. "You do realize it's 2 am.." He said "So! I am carrying your child which you put in me" she said "Okay okay I'll get it for you" He groaned getting out of bed and apparating out of the room. When he got back Maddy was already fast asleep. He smiled and crawled into bed with her and kissed her in the cheek.
