Chapter 16: The Date She Turned Down

CLEO'S POV

Baby Matty :

Hindi pa kayo tapos? I am here..

I returned my phone on my bag. I didn't text back. Pupuntahan ko na lamang siya mamaya, after the last scene. At least, now he knows how to wait.

I prepared myself for the next scene. This is so tiring. I've been working from morning 'til night. And we're shooting almost everyday. I've been working hard for three months. And I bet I'll be more busy once the program will be aired.

After the last scene, everybody congratulated each other for a job well done. I fix my things with the help of Sheila, my assistant, and Becky, the one sent by Matthew to be my another assistant. Sa tingin ko ay more of bantay ko siya kaysa assistant.

Paxton, as always, insisted of walking me to my car. I just let him, makulit kasi. After depositing all my things on my car, which is given by my super rich boyfriend, I face him with a force smile.

"Thank you, Pax" I said with a smile

He flashed me his megawatt smile. "Anything for you, Saskia"

May narinig ako na busina kaya napalingon ako. Natanawan ko na ang matte black Aston Martin DB9 ni Matthew. Inip na inip na malamang at inis na inis na naman na kasama ko si Paxton.

"I have to go, Pax" I hurriedly said. I don't want to be rude to Paxton but I don't want to try Matthew's patient. I don't want him to go out of his precious car and show his face to anyone. I know that this place is full of paparazzi waiting for a big scoop. This is the cons of being an actress.

I've been keeping my silence about my personal life, especially my love life, ever since. And I don't want to bring Matthew in a mess. Kahit na may tampo at hinanakit pa din ako sa kanya, ayoko na magulo ang buhay niya. At nakakahiya iyon sa mga Vergara.

I don't mind Paxton who's looking at me as I walk towards Matthew's car. He knows that I already have a boyfriend, I told him. And I don't mind about the paparazzi hiding somewhere, they'll not be a problem as long as they doesn't have his picture with me.

I entered his car and he sped off right away. He's seriously not in the good mood. Well, he waited for almost an hour, and...
