Y/n PoV
The alley got completely silent, as me and Ben stood just looking at each other, when suddenly couldn't hold in my laugher anymore
Ben looked at me dead serious, and I stopped laughing quickly again
"Wait are you serious?" I asked, and he nodded
"But that's impossible, my dad is not nearly old enough to have been that person and then why was I in auradon?" Ben looked Down, and thought for a moment before looking back up
"I already told you too much" he said, and I could feel the frustration in me get bigger, I had to get more information out of him, and I knew just what I had to do to get it
I sighed and dropped my arms to my side
"Fine, but hey, I have to show you something, just wait here one second, talk to no one and don't go anywhere" I said and he gave a hesitant nod
I turned around, and started walking back to the chip chop, to get the gang to help me
When I got there, I walking in and I saw Gil, uma and Harry standing talking
"Guys" I said and they all looked at me and smilled
"Hallo kitte.." Harry started but I cut him of
"King ben is on the isle" i Said and i Saw a small smile spread on uma a lips, she looked at Gil and he gave a small nod before walking past me out into the alleys
I walked over to Harry and Uma and uma put a hand on my shoulder
"I knew you there was a true vilian inside of you" she said and started to make her way to the back
"More so than you might think" I whispered, as I turned around and came face to face with Harry, giving me a small shock, taking a step back
"What did ya say kitten?" He asked curiously, and I shook my head a little, when I remembered what Ben said about captain hooks hook
"Can I see your hook for a second?" I asked and looked down at the hook at his hip, and his eyes followed
"Sure darling, but be careful" he said and took the hook and placed it in my hand
I looked at it as I turned it around looking all over it, when I turned it upside down and sudden saw something I hoped I wouldn't
On the bottom of the grip, was two letters that I understood immediately

Harry noticed me staring and moved his head to look too, and when he saw it he slowly took the hook from my hand and took a closer look, he looked like he didn't understand it at first, but when he saw the expression on my face it looked like something in his mind clicked
"Cheshire Cat" he said quietly, but before I could say anything uma yelled from the back
"Gil found the king, Harry you know what to do" Harry and I looked towards the back, before he looked back at me, he hesitated for a second, looking at me with concern and confusion
"AYE" he yelled back, he placed his palm on my check, I placed my hand on his and gave him a small nod, making him give a warm smile, before he removed his hand and started walking out the door
As soon as the door closed and he was completely gone I decided to go talk to uma
"Hey y/n, what's up" she said as I walked through the door to the kitchen were she was doing the dishes
"I have a weird question, but can I maybe see your necklace?" She looked at me confused and looked down at the necklace, before pulling it over her head holding it out towards me
"May I ask why?" She said as I gently took it out of her hand and started to look at it, turning it around, studying the shell itself along with the string, when I saw the same letters just inside the beginning of the shell, I made a small sigh and held it back towards her
"I'll explain it late, I have to go, but I'll be back soon" I said and she gave a small nod as she put the necklace back over her head and I made my way out of the chip chop, making my way, out to look for the person I not long ago thought I never had a reason to talk to again

As I walked up the small hill back towards the abandoned house, I couldn't help but to get more and more nervous, not to see him, but for what I might be about to learn
I walk the path back to the chair and table, when I heard a small laughter, and I stopped in my tracks
"I knew it wouldn't be long" I heard him say, and I but my hands to fist before walking the rest of the way
"Oh really" I said as I came face to face with him as he sat in the chair leaning back in it
"Oh y/n, so much to learn" he said and stood up, turning his back to me
"That I have realised" I said and crossed my arms and he looked over his shoulder and smirked, before looking away again, bending over and started to ruffle though trash on the ground, before picking something up and turning back around
He held out a piece of paper towards me and I looked at it
"Is that" I said, as the familiar paper was hanging from his hand
"Yes, and as soon you understand the meaning of what it says, I'll tell you everything you need to know" he said, but I didn't answer, I just looked at it
He shook it a little and I slowly took out my hand and grabbed it
"And why should I trust you?" I asked as I folded the paper up and put it in my pocket, he smiled a joking smile
"You shouldn't, and you know why" he then said and with that, he vanished

When I got back to the chip chop I stopped in the door Gil and Harry was back, they were both smiling and cheering along with uma, but the excitement disappeared when the saw me walk in, they could probably tell something was wrong
"Hey y/n what's wrong?" Gil asked as they all came to me, I took out the paper from my pocket and held it out, and Harry knew what it was
"Is that from the journal?" he asked and I nodded
"Where did ya find it?" He added and i thought for a second
"My dad gave it to me, saying he'll explain everything when I understand the meaning with it" I said and looked at the paper and put it back, I wasn't going to read it now, I didn't know if I was ready to know everything
"And how do you know you can trust him, he seems a little....off" uma said and they all nodded to each other
"I can't" I said and they all looked a bit stunned by my answer
"How?" Uma asked crossing her arms, I looked at Harry, I could see the concern from earlier had returned
"Because of what he have told me a lot lately" they all stood in silence, and I swallowed the lump in my throat
"Never trust a villain"
