Wilbur's pov:

i wake up to sage sleep talking.

"...please...no i'm sorry...help...stop...please stop." they shakily whisper.

i wrap my arms around them and run my hands through their hair. i feel them snuggle closer into my chest and wrap their arms around me. "i'm sorry... please... don't hurt me."

my heart broke.

"you're ok, i'm right here." i whisper, playing with their hair. "no one's going to hurt you."

Sages pov:

*in dream*

"What the fuck?!" my ex girlfriend yells. "your a boy now? i though you were a girl?! gender-fluid doesn't exist! your just faking it!!" she yells and hits me.

"i'm sorry." i mumble. "don't hurt me."

she smashes a bottle on ny head and i fall to the floor.

"i didn't cheat on you karen."

"yes you did! you fucking tranny!!"

"i can't help it." i whisper.

"the fuck did you just say?!" she grabs my shirt collar and tugs me closer.

"i can't help it!"

"YES YOU CAN!!"

she throws me on the floor, and my head slams on the floor.

*wakes up*

I snuggle closer to the warmth as hot tears run down my face.

"You're ok, I'm right here." I hear a calming voice whisper to me while playing with my hair. "no one's going to hurt you." I recognized his voice, Wilbur.

I sniffled a bit and he held me tighter.

and i fell asleep soon after.

i woke to wilbur shifting in his sleep.

he was asleep on my chest. im honestly surprised he's still asleep, it's already bright out.

i turn on my phone and watch tommy's latest video with me in it.

Damn this video is a mess.

i put on my headphones as tommy screams like a banshee and wilbur tries to speak but all that comes out is 'mmhhpphhmm'.

and me being the oblivious gremlin i am, i can't hear anything and dancing a bit to the music that's playing in the earbuds.

i scroll more on youtube and see a 'sage being sage for two minutes' compilation, so i watch.

sage dancing as tommy screams in the background and wilbur screaming at tommy but muffled.
