Sages pov:

i wake up in wilbur's arms and all the memories of last night came back.

how could i have been so stupid?? ugh.

wilbur stirs a little bit and opens his eyes.

"good morning." wilbur rubs his eyes.

my anxiety spiked and i feel anxious. "morning."

his warmth leaves and he lays down beside me, laying on my arm. "want to go get coffee?"

i breathed a relieved sigh and nod.

"let's go." he gets up and i get up aswell.

"pronouns?" he asks, while we get into the car.

"he/him."

we drive to the coffee shop and order our drinks to go.

we get back in the car and stay in the parking lot for a little bit.

"wilbur." i speak up after an awkward silence.

"yes?" he takes a sip of his coffee.

"i want to talk about what i said last night."

"ok." he turns to me.

"i want to be in a relationship. with you. again."

"are you sure? do you need more time?" he takes my hand in his.

"yes, i'm sure. i love you. and i need someone with me."

he leans in and so do i.

his hand slowly caresses my cheek and i feel his breath on my lip.

"may i?"

"yes." i breath out.

our lips connect and the fireworks i got from our first kiss, came back.

we separate after a while and we stay with our faces close to eachother, just enjoying the moment.

we drive home in a comfortable silence as we hold hands.

we finally get inside and we cuddle on the couch.

wilbur lays on my chest, head snuggled in my neck. (A/n: im so touchstarved bro-)

"i missed this." he mumbles.

"i can tell." i reply, playing with his hair.

a small 'ding' comes from his phone and he picked it up.

"oh shit my moms coming over."

"really? i'm going to meet your mom? ooooh." i tease.

"fuck you." he laughs getting up.

"damn take me out to dinner first." i joke getting up.
his face gets red. "made you blush." i make my way to my room to get ready.

"no!" he shouts.

"mhm." i laugh getting an outfit ready.
