Chaeryeong groggily opened her eyes, the morning light casting a soft glow on the room. She blinked a few times, adjusting to the brightness, and yawned, feeling a sense of disorientation as she remembered the events of the previous night. The image of Yuna, the brunette model, lingered in her mind, captivating her thoughts.

As Chaeryeong sat up, she expected to find Yuna still nestled in the bed beside her. However, her gaze fell upon an empty space, devoid of Yuna's presence. Confusion tugged at her, and she furrowed her brows, her mind racing to understand why Yuna had left without a word.

Rising from her floor mattress, Chaeryeong stretched her limbs, her fingers absentmindedly combing through her tousled hair. She stood there for a moment, scratching her head, as if trying to shake off the remnants of sleep and the puzzlement that clouded her mind.

'Where could she be?'

The first thought was the shower, but the bathroom light was not on, and she knew that the girl always woke up early.

'What time is it?'

Searching for her phone, she found it laying on the ground with just a few feet away from her mattress. How'd that even get there?

She picked it up and checked the time.

9:32 AM.

Chaeryeong has never woken up so late.

Ten minutes later, Chaeryeong emerged from her room feeling refreshed after her shower. The sound of her grandmother's laughter reached her upstairs, piquing her curiosity. Wondering what could be causing such amusement, she hurried downstairs, not knowing what to expect.

As Chaeryeong descended the stairs, the gentle clinking of teacups and the faint scent of herbal tea filled the air. She reached the bottom step and was greeted by the heartwarming sight of Yuna and her grandmother sitting in the cozy living room, engaged in lively conversation and sharing genuine laughter.

Chaeryeong's eyes widened in surprise. Her grandmother, known for her reserved nature, appeared at ease in Yuna's company, laughing as if they were long-time friends. It was a sight that left Chaeryeong amazed and intrigued.

Yuna noticed Chaeryeong's presence and welcomed her with a warm smile, inviting her to join their gathering. Chaeryeong took a seat beside Yuna, still trying to process the unexpected scene unfolding before her. She couldn't help but feel a mix of disbelief and curiosity, unsure of what this newfound connection between Yuna and her grandmother meant.

"Hi, babe. How was your sleep?" Yuna asked affectionately, her arm encircling Chaeryeong's waist gently.

Tingles.

Chaeryeong felt a flutter of excitement at Yuna's touch, yet her mind raced with uncertainty. She resolved to maintain her composure, relying on her acting skills to navigate the evolving dynamics between her and Yuna.

'Wait, then that means... Grandma doesn't know?'

"It was great. Just kind of sad that you weren't beside me when I woke up," she responded with a slight frown, enough to convince the old woman across from them on the wide and modern couch.

"Gosh, you two remind me of your parents," her grandmother said with a small smile, directing that thought toward Chaeryeong. But then, her expression suddenly turned serious. "So, Yuna..."

The said actor turned to the older, attentively listening. "Yes, grandmother?"

'Grandmother? Already that close?'
