180 - On the Feisty Side

"Really? You can't take that back, okay?" Tian Zi pouted this time, making Fyre sigh massaging his temples. He knows it was so childish and he can't deny the Alpha looked so adorable right now that he wanted to hug him.

"Yeah, I've been telling you this whole time you idiot..." Fyre conveyed and just as he finished his words, he paused when Tian Zi suddenly launched at him and wrapped his strong arms against his torso.

"I love you," Tian Zi mumbled, which immediately made Fyre blush.

"Oh, my God! What's with you all of a sudden? You're creeping me out!" Fyre whined in complaint but he didn't push Tian Zi away anyway and let the Alpha continue to rub his face against his stomach.

"Tch. Don't say that, I'm always like this to you," Tian Zi conveyed and breathed in his mate's scent. For some reason and he couldn't pin it down but something changed in Fyre's scent and he's liking it a lot. He has become sexier somehow and he can't explain why. It's not like Fyre changed anything in his appearance nor did he lose or gain weight. He's still the same but somehow different and his instincts are telling him to be careful with his mate. It's weird but he'd be anxious if he stayed stubborn so he's just acting the way he feels like it.

Thankfully though, even though he lost control last night because he was jealous, he didn't hurt Fyre in any way.

"No, you're not! A-Anyway, get off already. Didn't we tell Julie we were going to discuss the next course of the movie? We have finished filming everything but with Apollo involved in a huge scandal and currently missing, they need your brother to discuss what to do next," Fyre reminded. They already delayed going to work for a while now and although filming was finished and are working on the edits, they couldn't promote the movie because of the situation. They're wondering if this movie was ever going to come out on the big screen or not. But then again if it didn't, fans of the novel will get mad.

While all of this was happening, Mo Hanlu refused to talk about work ever since his wife's pregnancy was made known so Julie and the whole production team weren't sure what to do because they need Mo Hanlu's approval to proceed with things. After all, he is the one sponsoring the whole production. If they did something without the Alpha's approval, they might get reprimanded especially if it didn't go well. Fortunately, no one knows about Apollo being missing yet but it's just a matter of time.

"I haven't told Brother yet. That irresponsible bastard is still over the moon about him becoming a father again and refuses to talk about work on the day of his precious daughter," Tian Zi complained and continued to rub his face against Fyre.

"Okay fine, but let go now. We're not at our house to be doing something like this," Fyre insisted again and this time tried to push the Alpha only to fall helpless because Tian Zi was still clinging to him like an octopus. As much as he wanted to cuddle with Tian Zi more, they just couldn't. He's not shameless enough to be doing something like this at his future brother-in-law's house.

"Tch. Fine!" Tian Zi whined upset after a long pause as he pulled away from Fyre. But just on cue, the door to their room suddenly busted open with Hanlu taking a step in with his arms on his sides. Tian Zi frowned at his brother and immediately covered Fyre with a blanket before he hurriedly took his pants.

"What in the hell!?"

"I know! I can't believe you made my precious home your personal motel room! You think I wouldn't find out, you ungrateful Brat!" Hanlu scolded, tapping his foot against the floor with his eyes locked on Tian Zi. Meanwhile, hearing Hanlu, Tian Zi twitched in guilt before quickly brushing it off since it was not like his brother hadn't done the same thing at their eldest brother's house. In fact, what he did was way worse than him. At least they did it in the room, unlike Hanlu who did it at the library. He's lucky their eldest brother didn't find out or he did but just didn't want to bring it up.
