I'll wish to go back
When my life has become an empty void
As my loved ones disintegrate
When the love I have in my heart is broken
Shattered into millions of pieces
I will get down on my knees and cry out for my youth
To relive each memory over and over
Back when my tears came from laughter
When a simple candy brought a smile to my face
Every single moment that I let pass me by in the hopes of growing up will become what I desire more
The world will tare me down
Beat me and scrap me and take every ounce of willing I carry
But nothing is worse than this yearning for something I will never be able to have again.
