Lies

If I had one wish I would give it to you.
You see, there is nothing in my life I wish to take back.
Every mountain climbed and road traveled has made me the person who's staring back at you now.
The many mistakes, Oh the countless wrongs I've made.
But those are the things I've learned from.

Can I ask you one question?
Who are you to judge my life, to determine what's wrong and right?
Every decision has made me who I am today and your in no place to judge the path I've walked.

Let me hold up a mirror to your face so you can plainly see.
How each one of your pessimistic remarks divides you from me.
At first you look away, you don't spare a single glance.
How can you be so ignorant, would you honestly rather believe a lie?
Guilt slowly builds up inside
And you finally look...

What do you see in the mirror ?
Do you see the truth of who you really are in all its horror?
Tears began to flood your eyes, so then, you finally see.
This whole time it was about your own pain and never really me.
I don't forgive the torture you have caused my heart for I know you'd do it again

And for the lies you told-
I hope all hell unravels
To consume your dark and miserable soul.
