Fish Fever

Leah's POV

I swam between Cleo, and Emma, as we explored the sea with smiles.

Emma taped my shoulder, and pointed at an beautiful coral, I nodded, as we swam towards it.

Emma put her hand out, and digged it out of the leaves to get it out, she quickly jumped up, and I looked at her in shock, she held up her finger to show that it had a big scar on it, and it was bleeding.

I pouted my lip seeing that it looked like it hurt.

Emma picked up the colorful coral, and we swam off.

"And I love this color piece you found, Emma, it matches Hectors eyes." Cleo said, as I watched her put in the rock to Hectors fish tank.

"Great. It was worth cutting my finger for." Emma said sucking on her hurt finger.

"He has colored eyes?" Rikki questioned.

"Of course. Get closer it's hard to get to know Hector, he can be a little stand-offish at times."

"So, why isn't Hector in with the others?" I crossed my arms looking at the fish.

"Because, I'm starting a new tank, it's like building an whole new suburb. It's really exciting." Cleo smiled.

Rikki, and I looked at each other "Right..." Rikki said.

I looked over at Emma to see her still inspecting her finger.

"So, what's this bit the shopping mall?" Rikki joked pointing inside the tank.

"What do you think, Em?" Cleo asked her, as we looked at her.

Emma stared at something on Cleo's desk, it looked like she was staring at fish food.

"Hm?" She hummed.

"Are you alright? You're looking a bit little pale?" I asked getting up, and sitting next to her. "Yeah, I'm fine. Is that his fish food?" Emma asked picking up fish food.

"Hectors favorite. Anchovy flavored. But, I only give him one pinch per day, so he doesn't put on weight." Cleo got up from her knees, and started to walk away.

"What, they don't make low fat fish food?" Rikki looked at me, holding up her hands and following Cleo out.

I rolled my eyes at Rikki, and got up following the girls out.

Leaving Emma behind, as she still looked at Hectors fish food.

Emma's POV

I ran down the stairs with a big smile on my face, with my robe on.

I opened the lower cabinet, and looked for some sardines.

I found some, I gave it a smell, to see if they where clean, and put it in my pocket.

"Emma? Can I have a word?" I stood up seeing my Mum talking to me.

"Sure, you can." I smiled at her, closing the cabinet, and facing her.

"Can you keep a secret?"

"Of course." I tilted my head slightly, on what she was on about.

"It's your dad, and I's wedding anniversary tomorrow. And I'm going to make a romantic dinner for him."

"Oh, that's so sweet."

"Yes, I'm cooking lobster thermadorn."

My smiled faded a bit with excitement. "Really? That's my favorite is it here?" I asked walking towards the fridge.
