Selena had agreed to get a maternity test done with me just to ease the doubt in the back of my mind so we were waiting on the results of that and I hadn't told anybody so the only person that knew was Kareem.
I had also come to find out that Emwah never asked her for a divorce so they were still probably legally married and I was confused as hell to know how he got a marriage license forged because that was a serious crime.
People with money were dangerous because a person that wasn't well off couldn't pull a stunt like that and get away with it but if he hated Selena so much, why go through all the trouble to still stay married to her?

"Thanks." I walked into the bathroom to put on some deodorant and some perfume then I topped it off with some of Kareem's knowing he would cuss me out.

"Your shoes are already in the car so just get your phone and whatever else you need so we can go."
