Lia

"He loves you." Lia stared at her phone, having finished the voicemail left by Bucky.

"He can't Marie, I just-" Marie cut her off instantly.

"Accept it or not Lia, it's the truth and that's what he wanted to tell you. I need to go, please try and think about telling him when he comes back." Lia chewed her lip as Marie left, leaving her with nothing but her own thoughts.

Lia couldn't focus on anything all night, she tried reading, watching movies and when she got her vibrator she just kept getting distracted. She groaned in frustration, wanting nothing more than Bucky to appear and actually say those three words to her. Marie was probably wrong, Bucky couldn't love her. It wasn't probable. She couldn't-

Her thoughts stopped when a loud knock sounded at the door.

"Fuck sake, what do you fucking want?" She swung the door open to see Bucky's blue eyes staring back at her.

"I love you." Lia's brain was stuck on loading, trying to process the words he said. "I love you, Lia."

Lia grabbed his top, pulling her close to him as her lips collided with his. His hands grasped onto her tightly, demonstrating that she could not be dreaming. Thank god. That could be embarrassing.

"I love you Bucky."
