Rain's pov
I felt the warm rays of sun hit my face.I glanced to my side seeing Phayu who was sleeping soundly still holding onto me.I didn't want to wake him up but I really needed to use the washroom. I tried to escape his embrace quiescently  but he grabbed my hands pulling me back .

"Don't go"He said in his sleep

"I'm just using the washroom, I'll be back ,"with that he loosened his grip setting me free.

My fever was gone.I took a warm bath and into the closet looking for some of his clothes that could fit me.Ironically I got hold of a tank top and pants that fit me so well, Clearly this weren't his.Was this his ex's?If so what are they still doing here?Did he have someone over here recently? Questions flooded my mind making my blood boil.I took them off, stormed out of the closet into the room seeking for Phayu.

"P'Phayu who's clothes are this?"

"Good morning baby, How was your night? How about we start from there?He said sarcastically.

"Sarcasm runs in the family,I see."

"Come,sit here,"He said tapping the bed

"I asked you a goddamn question P'Phayu!"

He rose up, strode towards me trying to hug me.

"Are you jealous?"

"P'Phayu!"I roared pushing him away.

"Okay he's mad....Look at the clothes closely Rain,"He said sofly.

I went through my memory bank swiftly,It hit me that a week ago when we went for some equipments at the mall this set caught my eyes but they were too expensive,I hadn't received my monthly allowance yet so I couldn't buy it right away.Did he buy them for me?

"Looks familiar?"He interrupted my thoughts.

"Er ....eeer..."

"I got them for you,I just haven't found the right time to give them to you, it's been a pretty rough week. Apart from my Dad's, nobody has ever stepped foot in this room.I want you to be the first and the last,"He assured me.

How do I respond to that?I was still embarrassed about how I handled the situation.

"Rain, Don't ever think that I could ever cheat on you, You're more than enough for me okay?"

"Sorry I overreacted,"I murmured.

"You have every right to do so,"He consoled me,"How are you feeling today?Did the fever subside?He said touching my body with his palms seeking for answers

"Yes, I'm good."

"That's great, what would you like to take for breakfast, I'll tell the chef to prepare it right away."

"I would like to make something myself,will it be okay?"I was so hungry I could eat a horse right now.

"You've just recovered, Lemme make something for you then,"

"Okay."

"Give me a minute to freshen up I'll be out in a bit."He said dashing into the bathroom.

I walked to the big window,the view was so beautiful.I was lost in mother natures beauty and the melodious sounds from the birds.A few minutes later I heard his footsteps, I turned to his direction.

"I'm done let's go,"He said tying his hair up.

"You can leave them down,"I said,"Only dad are in the house right?"

"Ye...ee..s."

"Then leave them down, I got no problem,"I said opening the door,"I know you're smiling,"I shouted.

"I'm not,"he said,he was clearly laughing.

He caught up with me fast,descending the stairs together.Sweet aroma filled my nostrils.

"You're up, How are you feeling?"I heard Pete's voice.I glanced to the direction where the voice came from,he was the one in the kitchen cooking.

"Good morning pa,I'm feeling great,"I responded.

"Good morning,"I heard a low deep voice beside me, I almost jumped up.I tilted my head, it was Vegas he was on a voice call and his hair was down!He was so beautiful, unreal.He walked past us and settled down in the living room.

"Good morning pa,"I said.

I kept on glancing towards his direction.I turned to Phayu who gave me a stern look,"Now I know why I've never seen him with his hair down.That's an ethereal god there pa,Pete acquired."

"Really? You've never depicted me like that."

"Look at Pa in the kitchen, looks like he was God's favorite,"I continued,"You got his looks and Pa's looks,You're out of this universe baby, You're the ultimate gem,"I said leaving his side heading for the kitchen to help Pa.

He was super busy making different kinds of dishes.He assigned some simple tasks for me to carry out.

"Did Venice tell you the news?"Pete asked.

"Which one pa?"

"Did your mom call you?"

"No,did something happen?"

"I clearly told him to tell you, Venice!"He cussed,"Okay so here's the thing, promise not to panic."

"I won't panic,"I assured him

"Your mom will be visiting us tomorrow,She reached out to Venice yesterday saying she  would like to know the parents of her son's boyfriend and we agreed."

"Shiyaaaa! How did she know?I haven't told her P'Phayu and I are dating? How...."

"No panicking remember?"Pete interrupted.

"Okay Rain come down..Breath in ....out..."I tried calming myself down but it wasn't  working,"Pa,please excuse me,"

"Go ahead son."

I only told my mom that we were friends how did she jump into the"boyfriend"conclusion unless....
I took out my phone and texted P'Phayu.
