Y/N's POV
I had finished work and was grab my coat when my phone rang. I pulled it from my pocket to see Sam's name on the screen and I wondered why he would be calling me. I answered quickly, "Hey Sam"
'Y/N. Get to the bunker now!' his voice was panicked and I felt my stomach sink.
"Why? What's happened?" I asked, not wanting to hear that something bad had happened to any of them.
"Please Y/N, just come quick" before I could ask anymore he ended the call.
I put my phone back in my pocket and grabbed my jacket and keys, but as I was rushing down the stairs I realised I hadn't driven to work that morning. Castiel had brought me before leaving to help Sam and Dean. I stopped on the step and called out, "Castiel?"
No angel appeared and I tried again, "Castiel, can you hear me?" I asked the empty stairwell. It was then that I realised that something must have happened to him, maybe Sam knew? Maybe it was bad? Castiel wouldn't ignore me, unless he was trapped and couldn't get to me. So many horrible scenarios started rushing through my mind and I felt the fear sweep through me as I rushed down the remainder of the stairs and out of the building.
"Heading home too?" Abigail asked as she come around the side of the building and stopped beside me suddenly.
"Oh my God, Abigail" I took a breath and realised she had her bag and must have been leaving too, "Can you please drop me at home?" I asked and she glared at me as though I had asked something horrible.
"No Castiel?" She asked me and I heard the sarcasm which I had to ignore as I needed her help. It would take me too long to walk home to my car and then drive to the bunker.
"No. I've just heard that he's hurt and I need to go to him, it's just that I didn't bring my car, he dropped me off this morning.
"Oh, ok" she said and started walking towards her car.
I followed her and we got in quickly. I didn't want to talk to her, so I said as little as possible, "Thank you for this Abigail"
She gave me a weak smile as we pulled out of the work carpark and started driving down the street, "I hope he's ok?"
I looked over at her and gave my own weak smile, "I'm sure he'll be fine" and I saw the look of uncertainty on her face as I probably didn't sound distraught enough that my boyfriend was hurt, but I assumed it couldn't be too bad since he was an angel. Even if he was trapped once again we could probably find him and bring him home again.
"Wouldn't you rather me drop you at the hospital?" she asked suddenly
I shook my head, "No thank you. I will need my car"
The rest of the trip was quiet, which I appreciated and she had barely stopped the car when I threw open the door ad got out, "Thanks Abigail"
I rushed over to my car and drove to the bunker. I called out to Castiel a couple more times, and still got no answer. Sam was pacing around the garage when I pulled in and I got out of the car quick, "Where's Castiel?" I asked him
"I'm sorry Y/N, I don't know what happened" he said as he started walking to the door to the bunker
"Sam! What do you mean? Where is Castiel?" I felt the dread rush over me again. What had happened? I followed Sam as he walked quickly to one of the bedroom doors and then he turned to me, "I think it's a spell, but I'm not sure"
He opened the door and I saw Castiel laying on the bed, his eyes closed and his breathing shallow. I rushed over and grabbed his right hand with my left as my right hand cupped his face, "Castiel" I called as I stroked his cheek gently.
