Y/n's eyes grew wide when Justin held the glass door of the city's new restaurant open for her.
The restaurant with its white façade and floor-to-ceiling windows had opened barely a fortnight ago.
During y/n's and Justin's evening walks, which the two took almost daily, they had witnessed the restaurant's move-in for weeks.
Then, three weeks ago, when the two had caught a glimpse inside, through one of the large windows, y/n had fallen in love with the restaurant.
"How did you know I wanted to eat here?" , questioningly, y/n glanced briefly at Justin before slipping gratefully inside the restaurant, almost taking her breath away.
She had already been able to spot the huge colourful painting on the wall from outside.
But now the painting seemed much more beautiful than from outside. The painting showed a flowery balcony with roses, while countless rooftops and trees could be seen in the background.
"You've been raving for the past few months as we've walked past the restaurant about how beautiful it looks and how you'd like to see the painting up close," Justin said, reaching out to intertwine his girlfriend's hands.
"You memorised that? I didn't talk about it that much." Surprised, y/n looked at her boyfriend, who shook his head with a grin.
"You talked about it all the time," he replied with a grin before whispering to the man in the suit who suddenly appeared in front of them.
Y/n's cheeks blushed slightly, as she had actually not noticed that she had raved so much about the restaurant that she might have annoyed her boyfriend with it.
The man in the suit, who couldn't be much older than Justin and y/n, led them both into a large hall where countless tables of various sizes were spread out.
Most of the tables were empty so far, except for white large tablecloths that had been set with crockery and cutlery, just four tables out of possibly thirty were occupied.
"Here you are," the young man smiled and pointed to a table by one of the large windows, from which he removed the reserved sign.
Gratefully, the two thanked him before Justin y/n pulled back the chair and gestured for her to sit.
"My gentleman," y/n smirked as she sat down on the comfy chair and Justin pushed the chair a little towards the table before dropping down opposite her and grinning wryly at her.
