"Tell me how you're ever supposed to choose one here." Cocking her head, y/n looked up the large shelf that held countless Lego sets.
"If I find an answer, I'll be the first to tell you," replied Joe, who was standing a bit away from y/n and had taken a step closer to the shelf to get a closer look at the different sets.
The two were in a toy store that had a huge selection of Lego, so it would be almost impossible to decide on a set that both wanted to build together later.
Y/n let out a slightly annoyed sigh, while she took her eyes off the many colorful boxes and turned to her boyfriend, who was holding one of the many boxes in his hand and seemed to be studying it carefully.
"What do you have there?" , curious y/n stepped over to Joe to take a look at the set.
"Chewbacca." Joe turned the box in y/n's direction so she could catch a glimpse of the traced image of Chewbacca.
"Looks really cool, but if you remember we just put something together last week from Star Wars" , she reminded her boyfriend as she stepped towards the shelf again, tilting her head slightly as she began to pattern the colorful boxes once more.
"But Star Wars is cool. Especially Chewbacca. That one has to be in my collection," Joe started to convince y/n, who, however, shook her head with a smirk and reached for a box.
"I'm more here for."
Y/n held the box with the time machine from Back to the Future in front of Joe's nose.
"This is really cool, too." , Joe replied as he put Chewbacca back on the shelf and y/n then took the box off to get a better look at the back to the future car.
"So this?" , y/n tried to get Joe to take this box to the checkout so they could make their way back home as quickly as possible, where she would put her comfy clothes back on and they would then build the set together.
"I don't know..." Joe hesitated, so he put the box back on the shelf and began rubbing his chin.
The little wrinkle under his eye that always formed when Joe was thinking showed y/n that Joe wasn't really having an easy time deciding on his set.
But with such a large Lego selection, could she blame him?
"Or the house of Home alone," y/n pointed his finger at the matching set of Joe and their favorite Christmas movie, which the two say together as a kind of tradition every Christmas.
