Once morning rose, Ben excitedly packed things away and anxiously awoke you, he did his best to ignore the nights earlier events as he pulled out some of your clothes.

" S- slow down Ben. Jesus. I'm still waking up" you muttered, rubbing your tired eyes and yawning.

" We'll get coffee " Ben replied, short and sweet as he pulled through your suit case.

" Here, wear this today" he suggested, handing you a long sleeve with a t shirt and a pair of black skinny jeans, the shirt it's self being a random video game reference, one you had long since forgotten about, while the long sleeve was a black blank top.

" Why the rush?" You asked groggily, you had never felt so tired in your life, nor this buzz in your head ether. It made you feel sick as you gathered the clothes from his hands.

" Jack left a map, I'm just anxious to get moving before any other creatures are sent our way" he tried to reason. You gave him a suspicious look before turning off to go change in the bathroom. You sighed, flicking the light on seeing the glass on the floor.

" You just don't want to be caught for damages" you muttered, rolling your eyes as you threw a towel down on the glass to avoid stepping on it as you quickly got dressed, pulling the night clothes off and new clothes on, by time you walked out Ben had changed too, wearing black cargo pants with his own black long sleeve. He was lacing on a pair of combat boots and fingerless gloves as you stepped out.

" Where'd you get that knife from? " You asked raising an eyebrow at the giant blade on his side. " I also don't remember buying you those pants" you said slowly, raising a brow at him.

He gave you a sheepish smile " I borrowed the car" this made you bury your face in your hands.

" That's so fucked" you muttered, sitting down on the edge of the bed, running your fingers through your hair. You sighed,

" Ben, if I had just played the game.. how would things be going right now? You asked, not bothering to look at the man behind you, who had turned to stare at you.

He was silent as you continued. " It just feels like nothing is making sense. I've been thinking, about if this is worth it. If this is actually all right" you trailed off, unsure of where you were going with your words.

" I'm just not sure if I can take the mistrust Ben. It makes me not want to be around you anymore"

Your words stung your throat as you spoke, stinging Ben as well as he felt himself tear up.

" I-im sorry I didn't think taking your car would warrant this response i-"

" It's not about the car, Ben"

He fell silent, frowning deeply. " I had hoped it was" he ran his sleeve over his face to dry his eyes,

And looked away from you, twiddling with his thumbs and picking around his black nails, before trying to carefully move closer to you, his breath hitching as you moved away from his touch, batting his hand off of your shoulder as you had.

This made him more determined as he opted to just wrap his arms around you from behind, pinning you against his chest as he squeezed your body gently, yet firmly to be sure you wouldn't be able to get away.

" If you played the game" he began, giving your stubbornly unresponsive self a quick squeeze as he buried his face into your neck.

" If you had played the game I wouldn't have ever been physical. I would've been nothing but a virus of sorts. I thought that was what I wanted til I met you"

" Do you have other options besides those two things?"

" Not.. really" Ben hesitated, biting his lip as he tried to think, only to come up with nothing beyond those two things. Neither pleasant.
