TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

After clear examination, we've realized our patient Rebekah Moons has suffered from a Brain Dysfunction.

Some time in the past few months, or perhaps weeks, Moons must've been involved in a damaging accident - one that she would suffer memory loss from. Although we haven't figured out what exactly the accident could have been,

Miss Moons seems to not remember anything, from the fall of 1996 to the late summer of 1997. According to her "it's a blur, as if it simply never happened"

It is best to not attempt to remind her of events that would've happened during this time period. (She seems to be triggered by us trying to rekindle her with her old memories, she has attempted to attack many of our staff members when they attempt to)

If Rebekah Moons seems to not to contain or handle new information, please bring her back in for further examination.

The owl flew to eight homes that night, dropping the letter off at the people whom Rebekah spent her time with - The Malfoy's, The Nott's, The Jean's, The Zabini's, The Moons, The Lovegood's, The Patil's and the Weasley's.

And as Jennifer Jean sealed the letter up, she had no regrets in what she had done.
