Like in ASM #1 Peter first joined the Fantastic 4 as a way to make money. When he found out they don't he left. But he comes by every now and again to help out and because their his friends
Spider-Man and Mr Fantastic Do I need to tell you why these guys would be friends? Their both scientific geniuses and always talking smart to each other when no one else is around. Reed and Peter would work on inventions, Reed would help upgrade Peter's tech when it's broken other cool things
Spider-Man and Invsible Woman Sue finds Peter funny, laughs at some of his jokes, and warmed up to Spidey as fast as her husband Reed did. Back when Peter was a teenager he found Sue quite attractive (but only when he was a teenager and back then he was single)
Spider-Man and Human Torch Unlike Reed and Sue, Johnny and Ben would take a little longer to wake up to Spidey. But since Johnny is a jokester like Spider-Man they wouldn't mind each other. Sometimes Peter and Johnny will race each other around the city to kill some time. Let's just say they have a strong bromance
Spider-Man and the Thing Out of all the the Fantasic 4 members who took the longest to warm up to Spidey it was the Thing. He viewed him as an annoying little jerk (and still dose kinda) sometimes they'll even argue. Like how Peter will call Ben out for his impatience or Thing telling Peter to shut up They give each other nicknames too. Thing calls Spidey "pipsqueak" and Spider-Man calls him "boulderbrain" but they learned to be friends. And while they still argue to some extent they acknowledge that they are friends to the end
