Luke would go onto work with Iron Fist (who have a strong bromance) and found love with Jessica Jones, all 3 later being recruited by Daredevil to be apart of the Defenders
Nowadays Luke is a family man living with his wife Jessica and their daughter Danielle

These 2 have a very playful brotherly type of friendship they'll through banter at each other and disagree on a lot of things. They call each other team awsome (an Ultimate Spider-Man reference) but Luke didn't take very kindly to Jessica crushing on him in highschool but it was just a misunderstanding
Fun fact: Spidey and Luke's dynamic is inspired by mine and my oldest brother's relationship

When the Fantastic 4 needed a new member when the Thing was out of action for a brief time due to some injuries Luke joined the team and was gifted this suit. Eventually Thing recovered and Luke went back to his default suit
