After the events of the Return to the Spider Verse arc Web Beard, Howard the dread pirate duck, Rocket Raccoon, and Cosmo the dog began sharing treasure with each other and travelling the seas
They meet none other than Captain Jack Sparrow and help him and Will Turner take on Barbosa and his crew of undead pirates
The next time they met Jack was when Web Beard and his crew found themselves up against Davy Jones and his crew
Web Beard would then go on to be a member of the Spider Refugees since Miguel tried recruiting him but Web Beard finds Miguel's bossiness unbearable so he ditched them and gladly joined the Spider Freedom Fighters instead
