While on a road-trip with his Grandad Max and his cousin Gwen, Ben Tennyson came across the Omitrix the same way he did in the 2000s series. When the Omitrix attached itself to Ben it gave him new spider like powers and a costume
He would go onto to fight aliens and other evils as the amazing Spider-Man
His suit acts like a Symbiote. It allows Ben to morph his hands into different weapons, grow 4 extra Spider arms from his back and even turn into a Venomised monster
