After Gwen's death Peter went down hill. While he returned and defeated the Rhino he stopped pulling his punches. He got rageful and bitter. He then encountered the Venom Symbiote and became darker because of it
When Harry Osborn broke out of jail Peter nearly killed him but instead he turned him into the police and removed the Symbiote. Little did he know Harry took a piece of that Symbiote
No Way Home plays out and Spider-Man meets his other counterparts. The reason he doesn't bat an eye when Raimi Spidey mentions Venom is because he hasn't fought his own Venom yet
He then later returned home and took therapy. One night Spidey met Felica Hardy aka Black Cat and they fell in love. Peter also met the Fantastic 4
Peter also went to college and met Otto Octavius who later became Doc Ock. Spider-Man would also see himself going up against Kraven the Hunter, Mysterio and Vulture
The gentleman would later be revealed to be Norman Osborn who got Chameleon to fake his death. He was the man that sent the assassin to kill Peter's parents on the plane. He then became the Green Goblin
Harry now as Venom would try to kill Spider-Man but Peter was able to defeat him
The Sinister 6 attacks the city and Peter must go and stop it with the help of Black Cat. Harry would see the error of his ways and help the heroes too. Meaning Peter and Harry officially reconciled
The Sinister 6 were defeated, Norman Osborn died by his own glider and things were fine
Later Peter found himself being recruited by Miles Morales the Spider-Man from earth 1048 to join the Spider Freedom Fighters
Years in the future Peter and Felica got married and have a little girl named Felicity
