Not very much is known about Agent Spider. We do not know his real name or his backstory. But he seems to have experience with dimension hoping so it can be assuemed he joined the Spider Society at one point but left

Peter S Parker was bitten by a radioactive cyber spider and ever since he's been the one and only Spider-Man and instead using web shooters Peter uses a portable Skateboard to help him get around the city. If he loses it he uses his shoes to help him grind on rails
