Spider Gwen is a bisexual tomboy. She has the same origin she did in the comics and has to deal with balancing her normal life and as Spider Woman while dealing with her father Captain George Stacy (who doesn't know she's Spider Woman) and J. Jonah Jameson not liking her after they think she murdered Peter Parker when she didn't
She's also a member of a band called the Mary Janes along side her friends Mary Jane, Gloria Grant, and Betty Brant who are close friends of hers
Spider Gwen also had a crush on MJ after Peter. She then met her other counterparts later on. She also supports transgender rights. She has no signs of becoming trans anytime soon but that's ok (a reference to ATSV)
Later after another crime George figured her daughter was Spider Woman and was about to arrest her until Billy Braddock aka Spider UK showed up and recuited her to help defeat the Inheritors

Spider-Man was shocked and so happy to see Gwen again when they first met. It was the first time he had seen her ever since the Gwen Stacy of his world had died
Spider Gwen was also very please to see Peter after losing her world's Peter
Spider-Man is very protective of Spider Gwen and will make sure he doesn't lose her again. He even told her that when Gwen and Miles went with Ultimate cartoon Spider-Man to recruit more spidermen and women to fight the Inheritors
Miles and Gwen While their not romantically involved with each other Gwen and Miles have a good friendship and will look out for each other if need be
