I woke the next day warm, but not as bad as the other day. There was a ring of warmness around my waist. I noticed that I was starting to get used to Jacob's warm body around me.

"Good morning." I whispered in his ear.

He groaned, he hated getting away from me. "Is it time already?" He looked at me half asleep.

"No, grandpa will be up any minute though."

"You have no idea how comfortable I slept last night. I'm telling you as long as you are with me, I can even sleep on the floor." His husky voice turned to a chuckle.

I smiled "Okay now I think you should go take a shower. I don't want you to pass out on me."

"Ha, ha, very funny." Jake's stomach growled. "And that's the sign that I'm hungry."

We both laughed.

"What's all the commotion down here?" Grandpa was down the steps, and looking at us.

"Nothing, Jake's just hungry. Can I make some breakfast?" I was trying to not concentrate on the smell of his blood again.

"Sure go ahead."

"What time you leaving Charlie?" Jacob asked.

It was a good thing that Jacob asked that question, that way I could know whether to make him food or not.

"I still have and hour. I wanted to talk to guys some more before I left." Grandpa answered.

I immediately started breakfast. Eggs, potatoes, and bacon were what I was starting to make. Something nice and simple for breakfast was faster. While I was cooking, Grandpa Charlie entertained himself by talking to Jacob. It was all about the times he and Billy hung out. They went fishing, watched games, they even went to a casino once in a while. As my cooking was coming to a close, the smell dominated the house.

"Damm that smells good." Grandpa said.

"Sure does, I'm glad Edward insisted on teaching Ness how to cook." Jacob added.

"You guys, anything to make me blush right?" I said setting three plates of food on the table.

"You caught me." Jacob said grinning.

"Jake you'll never change will you? I wonder how Renesmee will deal with you." Grandpa chuckled.

I sat down with the plate with least food in front of me. Jacob's had the most, grandpa's was in the middle.

"Actually Jacob is really mature. He just tries to make everyone laugh." I defended him.

"That's hard to believe. Well Jake guess you're truly a man from the outside, from the inside you're a total kid though." Grandpa laughed.

Jacob just rolled his eyes. We resumed eating; of course Jake was done first I gave him my left-overs as I took his plate to the sink to wash it. It wasn't long before he was done with mine. Grandpa was done with his too. I finished washing the dishes and excused myself to shower. I got clothes out of mom's closet. I was surprised that I actually found something to wear. I took a shower and got dressed. The clothes fit me just right. I untangled my curly bronze hair and headed downstairs.

"Well I'll see you guys around, try to stay out of trouble." Grandpa pleaded and hugged us goodbye.

"Finally alone." Jake sighed with relief.

"I got out of the shower just in time."

"Not really since I'm taking one right now."

"I'll wait for you in mom's room then." I thought a second as I headed up the stairs. "Maybe I should wash our clothes, since mom and dad are going to notice this isn't our scent."
