I opened my eyes to see Jacob's tiny closet. I realized that I had fallen asleep and Jacob carried me to his room. I must have been really tired to not notice the action taking place. Surprisingly I noticed that Jacob wasn't next to me, I didn't let that stop me from getting up though. I got off the bed and folded the blanket I was covered with. I walked out of the room shutting the door lightly behind me. I made my way to the living room, on the couch there was a big lump, yep it was Jacob. I looked at his face so full of peace, I didn't want to wake him up and a nice breeze would be nice. I decided to go outside.

There was no wind, but it was chilly with all the fog around. I looked up at the sky the nice shade of indigo coloring was present as the sun started to rise. Sunday had finally arrived. Tomorrow a new day and a new experience would take place. Tomorrow would be a new school year and for me my first and last year of high school. What was after that I had not thought about before. After my marriage with Jacob there would be children. I knew my son is going to be with Leah and my daughter? How do we blend in? Maybe go to college? Let my children go to a regular school? Do I really want them to have the same life as me? Did I really want them to be hidden from the world except for our family? We would be immortal for eternity, but doing what?

"You really need to stop sneaking out."

I turned around to see Jacob coming towards me. He grabbed my head and put his lips lightly on mine then pulled them away. He put his arms around me after that, making me face his beautiful, dark eyes.

"Good morning." Jake smiled.

"Good morning...I didn't mean to sneak out." I apologized.

"I'm just glad I found you alone this time."

"Yeah, I needed some time to think."

"What were you thinking about?"

I was hoping Jacob wouldn't ask me that, but I had to discuss this with him eventually. It seemed weird talking to him about topics like this because we were basically teenagers worrying about adult things and making decisions that would impact our lives.

"How are we going to live." I answered.

"Ness we're going to have our own house, going to get married, have kids what else is there?" Jake explained.

"Are our kids going to be hidden? Are we just going to vanish from the face of the Earth? We can't rely on my parents forever Jacob, we have to do something. We're immortal and we have to find something to do."

"You want to go to college? Find a career?"

"No I want to be with you, but what about our kids? What are they going to get?"

We both stayed quiet after that. We wanted kids, they were in our future, but would we be able to raise them?

"What if we opened a business?" Jacob suggested.

"A business?" I asked.

"A mechanic shop, I'll do night school and get some training and we'll be set."

"You want to fix cars for the rest of your life?" I was in disbelief.

"Well it can be me at first, after that I'll hire some people and just run it."

"Where exactly do you plan to have your shop?"

"Forks, La Push, it doesn't matter, the point is that could be something to do for our kids."

He was right. Jake was a genius. Having a small business was a great idea. We both had knowledge on cars and with the help of mom and dad the plan would be a success. Sure at first it would be me and him, but after hiring a few mechanics we could leave the work to them and we would cover the finances.
