I was too tired to get up. Let alone have the energy to tell everyone the big news.

"I think we should carry out like normal until the next ultrasound. Who knows maybe we're hearing things." I suggested.

"No, we're not hearing things what if you are having twins." Jacob challenged.

"We'll talk to Grandpa tomorrow and see what he says."

"Sounds good, but wait, what if we have two girls or two boys?"

"Can we come up with names later I'm tired." I whined.

"Okay, okay. Sleep my Renesmee." Jacob hummed again.

I did not want to get up the next morning. I felt like I weighed a ton. My balloon stomach seemed a bit bigger to me, but to Jacob it was the same.

I was still in bed when Leah came in. "Ness?"

"On the bed." I sat up slowly.

"Don't get up if you're tired."

"Already did." I chuckled. "So what's up?"

"Nothing, just wanted to come see you guys."

"We're fine just her growing." I stayed quiet. I didn't know whether to tell her Jacob's discovery of last night.

"What's wrong?"

"No, nothing...Where's Jacob."

"He's with Carlisle."

The secret was out then. Why keep it from Leah?

"Do you know what they're talking about?" I asked her again.

"About your pregnancy."

"Jacob thinks I'm having twins." I finally confessed.

"Yeah, he told me."

"What?" I was in disbelief.

I knew Jacob trusted Leah, but not this much. I wasn't sure if I was jealous or mad because he told her instead of letting me say it.

"Ness, calm down, he's like a brother I have to look out for him and be willing to listen to his troubles. You were sleeping and he didn't want to wake you."

"Troubles?"

"Ness he might not show you, but Jake's freaking out about your kids. He doesn't know what to do or expect anymore."

"Why hasn't he told me anything?"

"I don't know, but he does have his reasons. I guess he just wants you to stay calm and not give you anything else to worry about."

I sighed. Knowing that Jacob was so worried about me he couldn't think was overwhelming.

"I'm kind of scared too." I finally replied.

"He just doesn't want to lose you."

"I'll be strong don't worry." I looked down at my belly.

"Leah?" Jacob came through the door into the room. "Ness what are you doing sitting up?"

"It's okay Jake I'm just sitting."

"You have to forgive Jacob Renesmee. I told him to be more attentive towards you." Grandpa explained.

"Oh." I felt myself frown.

"Is there something wrong?" He seemed concerned by my expression.

"No, no I'm fine." I lied. He looked at me not buying it. "Did Jacob tell you something?"
