Sunghoon walked confidently towards the counter, wearing his happiest face , and ignoring fact we're closing , I felt my blood boil already

-"I'm sorry sir but if you check the door , the *close* sign is on , which means we're no longer receiving guests" I smiled and stated sarcastically

-"Cut the crap Jay, I'm your friend, I'm here to see you " he kept smiling while pulling a chair on sunoo's table "can I sit here?"

-"Oh yes of course " sunoo invited him to sit , looking confused but believed sunghoon's words

-"I see you are eating the remaining pastries? Do you mind giving me the tiramisu? Just like the one you gave me on our 1st meeting, was it the 2nd?"  he said in a soft voice, then switched his eyes to sunoo's plate "did he chose yours too?"

-"We don't have the same taste so I take whatever suits me" sunoo replied "I'm sunoo , Jay's neighbor" he introduced himself

-"I'm sunghoon, Jay's friend" sunghoon replied with a professional smile

-"Oh so you're sunghoon " Sunoo said , carelessly, not noticing sunghoon's smile growing into a real one , eyes landing on me directly

-"Did he tell you about me ? Oh Jay! I never thought you'd talk about me to others " He said proudly"so what did he say about me ?"  He seemed to be excited about being known by my friends

-"Just a few things " Sunoo replied to his question, carelessly, again, looking at his phone "Jay we should start leaving now it's too late already "

-"Just making sure everything is well set and "I placed the takeaway boxes on the table" we're leaving sunghoon, you can go first" I moved back to get my jacket " put what's left in the boxes sunoo"

-"But you haven't finished your strawberry cake yet " sunghoon said while eating a huge part of it "and we have to talk"

-"I was eating that , using that" I pointed at the fork disgusted "and I'm off work so we can't talk"

-"I know, it's even better this way " sunghoon smiled at me , he's doing it intentionally

Sunoo on the other hand , was enjoying the *DRAMA* "The cake or the discussion off work?" He asked

-"Both .. I guess ?" The older smiled , not even bothering to pretend to be decent

-"Okay " sunoo smiled and  started getting ready to leave "I'll give y'all some space"

-"We are leaving  together " I told him while fixing my jacket's collar "It was nice seeing you after all this time , it was nicer without it" and I pulled sunoo's arm to leave already

-"Oh we're going home?" Sunghoon pushed himself between us " You two live together?" He looked at sunoo asking , while his hand sneakily moved towards my neck

-"We don't, and can you take your hand off me ?" I slapped his hand

-"I was just helping with your collar why so aggressive" he smiled " in fact let me just" he stopped walking and faced me , hands reaching for my collar

-"We're just neighbors " sunoo pulled his arm and kept walking with him , allowing me to close the store "I live next door to his "

-"Oh really? That's so cool, i have never been to Jay's place, mind if I tag along?" Sunghoon went back to interacting normally with sunoo

-"I'm not in for a late night walk , you can bond together" i pointed at sunghoon "you , make sure he gets home safe "

-"So why does Jay hate you so much ?" Sunoo asked sunghoon, not even waiting for me to walk away "Not like he doesn't have a reason but tell me "
