Although it makes me very sad to know that the end of this book is about to come, I have to say that we are very close to the end.

“You heard you're shooting a movie,” Louis said before taking a sip of his coffee. Harry had invited him to a beachside cafe to talk about their relationship. At first Louis wanted to say no, but his longing for Harry drowned out his pride.

"Yes, I plan to release it at the same time as your movie."

Louis' eyebrows rose in surprise, but his expression of surprise soon gave way to a look of contempt.

"Can you finish filming in such a short time?"

"We're almost done," said Harry, shrugging. His hair, which fell to his shoulders, seemed to dance on his skin. Louis took a deep breath, trying to compose himself. He shouldn't have let him know how much he missed Harry.

"Tell me about your movie."

"A tragic love story."

"So this year, the best movie award will be mine."

"We'll see," said Harry, smiling. "I believe my film will be as impressive as yours. After all, they will be two films that complement each other in the eyes of your fans."

"How?" asked Louis suspiciously. "My fans are very picky and they don't watch a movie just because my husband shot it."

"They're going to watch the movie not just because I shot it, but because they realize that the characters in my movie are the same as yours."

"What?" His voice had an scary tone. Harry used to be afraid. Now he found it amusing. After all, his plan was working.

"Your movie is from Dorian's perspective. Mine is from my perspective."

"You can not do this."

"I've already done it."

An expression Harry had never seen before appeared in Louis' face. He looked as if he was seeing Harry for the first time. It's like he just realized that Harry also has a heart. He was running his eyes over Harry's face, trying to make sense of everything. A lost expression appeared in his gaze, soon he was grasping everything and then disappearing again.

He had forgotten how brave Harry was when he loved him. He was remembering now. Harry was strong enough to get anything he wanted. He was brave enough to risk everything he had for what he wanted.

Harry was a gambler. He had sold his soul while gambling to the devil. He didn't think for a moment that he would regret doing this. He made the devil his god. He threw himself into the arms of his god. Now he was showing in a rebellious manner that he could renounce his god. Now he was the devil. He wanted his soul back. He was defying his god.

Maybe God could have won this game. If he really wanted to, he could finish off the devil. He could kill the devil. But he didn't want that. As he looked into the eyes of the devil in front of him, he admired his nervousness and was proud of his courage. He agreed to fight him, revealing that the devil was as great as himself.

"How's Dorian?" Harry asked, not bothering to hide the grin on his face. He was grinning like the devil. He was confusing Louis, destroying him. He knew that Louis was on the fine line between reality and fantasy. He let Louis step into the world of dreams, pulling him into reality, then pushing him back into the lies.

Louis knew what he was doing. He knew what Harry wanted to hear. Once he wanted Harry to say, "My name is Dorian," so he was playing with Harry, manipulating him. Now Harry wanted him to say, "Dorian is gone." Dorian is gone, he should have said. Dorian is dead. Lost in eternity, never to be returned. But if he said all this, God would lose his supremacy. The race would be over, the devil and god would be tied.

Louis wasn't ready for that yet. Even if he wanted to admit this truth, his tongue would betray him. His eyes would search for a mirror, hoping to see Dorian in the reflection. That's why Louis was silent. Dorian was gone, he knew that. He could not say Dorian was gone, he knew too.

“I can't wait to see your movie,” said Louis. So God was challenging the devil to a final duel. If the god won at the end of this duel, the devil would be banished from heaven. He would never see God again, nor would he ever set foot in heaven. If the devil won the war, the god would admit that he was just as great as himself. Satan would place his own beside the god's throne, proud of being rewarded for all his hard work.
