Chapter 37

Aarav's POV:-

At correct 9:30 I reached my house..
I leaved the car outside and went straight inside ..
My eyes dazzling here and there to find someone's presence but I couldn't get any. I stand at the door for some minutes not knowing what to do as I was really clueless of it but once I balanced my emotions I started calling her name .

"Diya!! Diya!!! Are you there ?" but neither a reply came. I went upstairs to see her room but she wasn't even there..
I stepped inside and opened her closet to find there were just some clothes of her left.
I stumbled and felt something pricking my shoes. I bend down to see and got to know that it's her earing..
I placed it in my hand and stared at it for some mere moments .
I don't understand what I was feeling
It feels like my heart is going through hundreds of emotions and I can't decide which one to say..
Sad , broken , missing , left , anger etc
I just know one thing and that is I want to see her ..I just want to look at her , stare at her blankly...

I slipped her earing inside my pocket and went down in main hall..
I don't know why but I couldn't accept the fact that now she is with me..
And the fact that's more worse is that I know her very well she'll definitely try to get a excuse to not come here again..
I just couldn't control my emotions just because of this girl..
I was a very though man before and nobody even got to know what was going on my mind but since last month when she entered my life I started speaking my heart out..
I don't know anymore how to keep my emotions to myself.

I got down on my knees remembering all those moments and time I spended with her . Most of them were fights sometimes it was my fault or hers.

tsk..tsk..tsk

I heard some steps and I closed my eyes in hope to see the person I want.

After a moment I opened my eyes to see there was only Ankit coming towards me from the main door.
Even my last hope shattered badly

"Where is Diya?" I asked Ankit impatiently .

"Don't behave like you don't know Aarav!! " He said rudely to me

I put my head down in embarrassment and my eyes started getting wet.

"Why didn't you come ? " He asked sitting next to me on floor.

"I..I.. " I stammered a bit telling him that I was wandering all over city because of him and forget about it.

"You forget about it right!? "
He asked making my head up to look straight in his eyes.

"Yeah !!" I replied slightly
"But as soon I remembered I ran here but it was late !" I explained my point

"It doesn't matter Aarav because for her you just didn't came ....for what reason it doesn't matter."
Ankit told me the truth sarcastically

I just didn't know what to say to Ankit so I kept quiet.

"I am sorry Aarav for what I did but please you don't have right to hurt her because of this ."
Ankit said getting up.

This statement * hurting her * was the worst sentence I ever heard.
Because I always wanted to protect her or never let anyone hurt her but in that it was always me who hurted her !?
I instantly got up and hugged Ankit tightly because I..I ..don't why but I did it.

"I am sorry Ankit !!" I said softly in his ears.
He hugged me back saying it's ok .

"And I am sorry too for judging you and not telling you about Iftiya."
Ankit said to me in which I just noded my head .
It was a pure bro moment..

"Ok now go !!" I said stepping back suddenly and pointing towards main gate..

"What !! Where ?" Ankit replied. He was taken aback from what I suddenly did
