Killua's POV~
It was my turn, I was fighting this guy that had Like a million needles in him, number 11. This is also the guy who almost killed y/n.
I stared at him as he started at me back with a stupidly smug look, I got impatient and began to walk towards him
"It's been awhile Kil." He greeted
I hummed in confusion, I didn't know this guy I'm certain. He caught me off guard that's for sure. Gittarackur started taking out his needles only to reveal a man with long silky black hair with huge emotionless eyes.
"I-Illumi?!" I stuttered, I was scared for my life right about know. All of a sudden I couldn't breath
Sweat dripping down my forehead
Eyes wide open and my heart was beating faster then lightning
"I heard you stabbed mom and Milluki." He started "mom couldn't stop crying, she was just so happy."
"Y-yeah I guess so."
'I'm so scared right now please help.'
"She asked me to check up on you,lucky me huh? I had no idea you wanted to be a hunter. As for me I'm here so an upcoming job could be easier. " he explained
"Well actually I-I don't wanna become a hunter. I just felt like taking the exam." I confessed
"Well perfect, in that case I have advice for you." He started changing his tone
"You're not cut out to be a hunter you were born for one purpose and that is to be an assassin. You have no desires nor wishes, the only time you will ever be happy is when you cause the death of others. That's how dad and I raised you."
Times when I've killed during this exam had flashed through my mind, but then also the time Y/n helped me feel better after I killed those guys. That flashback happened to-
"KILLUA, ILLUMI IS WRONG YOUR NOT A KILLER!"
I turned my head to see Y/n screaming at us, she was supporting me
She gave me the courage to tell Illumi that there is something I really want "You're right I don't wanna be a hunter but... there is something I really want ok?! Everyone wants something even me."
"No you don't-" Illumi started
"Wrong!" I paused beads of sweat falling down my four head, gritting my teeth
"I-I want to be friends with Gon. I want to b-be with Y/n. I'm sick of killing people,I just wanna have a normal life and have fun!"
A few seconds of utter silence passed by
"Oh Kil, you are incapable of friendships the only thing you can think about is weather or not you can kill them."
"ILLUMI SHUT UP!" We heard Y/n yell as she runs towards us ignoring the guards trying to restrict her from coming into the ring
"YOURE WRONG KILLUA IS OUR FRIEND AND HE ISNT A KILLER! YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT HIM SO STOP PRETENDING YOU CAN CONTROL HIM BECAUSE YOU CANT, KILLUA IS HIS OWN PERSON YOU PICE OF SHIT!" She screamed at his face standing infront of me pointing at him with a pissed off look
"Hmm I see. Killua," he stares at me ignoring what Y/n just said
"Gon and Y/n have such a radiant personality that you don't know how to classify them, if you stay with them you'll wonder if you can kill them you don't actually desire friendship from these two cause sooner or later you will try to kill them."
"KILLUA! I COULDNT CARE LESS IF THIS GUY IS YOUR BROTHER ALRIGHT! KICK HIS ASS AND GET THIS OVER WITH! YOU GON AND Y/N ARE ALREADY BEST FRIENDS HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW THAT?!" Leorio shouted to me
