Yoso no sosa helps her enhance her powers. Basically what it is is, it helps her by taking on a set of skills an element has so for instance if she were to take the element of wind she could move at incredible speeds. Or be as swift as water. Fire enhances her hits on opponents.

Water: so this helps her be swift with her movements. The water surrounds her body to act a bit like a protective layer. For instance if she was shot wall having the water layer on she wouldn't die because the water would have slowed the bullet down enough to not kill her.the liquid she drinks and the aura that surrounds her also taking the water from her her body leading to very quick dehydration or getting electrocuted...
Wind/air: helps her moves at incredible speeds at the price of getting light headed from the lack of oxygen.
