Killuas POV:
"Which means a fighter who wins on the 50th floor advances to the 60th!" The exporter in the elevator with pink hair informed. "Lose and they automatically drop down to the 40th floor."
"So that's how it works. Also-" Gon got cut off by that weird looking martial arts kid behind us.
"I heard when you get to the 100th floor they comp you your very own room!" He butted in
I scoffed in my mind taking a better look at him 'His eye brows are bushy as hell..'
"Oh im sorry how impolite of me ose! My name is Zushi!" He bowed a bit
"Im Killua"
"And im Gon its nice to meet you!"
*bing* the elevator doors opened for us
"Well Killua and Gon, I watched your fights earlier you guys are amazing!"
"What are you talking about you got here in one fight to?"
"Yeah but I still have a long way to go."
Zushi Gon and I talked a lot more, we made our way to get prize money and even met Zushi's mentor Wing. I suggested we walk to the waiting room in the lobby upstairs so we can rest a bit Before our matches. We walked up to the door and slammed it wide open
"Oh wow if these guys are our opponents it will be a sinch, take it easy."
"You think so?"
"Killua dont say that so loud they can hear you!" The karate kid scolded me as we sat down
"I wonder how Y/n is doing right now." I muttered leaning my head against the wall
"She's fine Killua she is probably just taking her time or somthing."
"should I go check on her?" I asked looking to my green haired freind
"Who is y/n?"
Gon and I turned to Zushi
"Y/n is our best freind, though im not sure she knows that yet.. she is really amazing, She said she has been here before to!" Gon said
"Y/n is really sweet and cute but she is stubborn as hell, sometimes I wonder if her and Gon are siblings."
"Hey!"
"Well its true! Anyway she's very interesting and she's a lot like me in some ways but she's is also a lot like Gon is some ways, so maybe that's why she gets along with the both of us so well. She is very skilled and capable of a lot of things unlike other ordinary people, she's incredible. You think we are cool in the ring? Wait til you see her in action. She is also very pretty." I complimented muttering the last bit
Gon gave me the most irritating smirk when I looked back at him. He was trying to hold in his laugh and man was it aggravating.
"WHAT?!" I screamed face flushed
"AHAHAHAH!"
"Woah, What dose she look like?" Zushi asked intrigued
"She's so cute! She is about this tall," gon estimated with his hand "and her hair is (h/c) with (e/c) eyes and she is really nice, and non judgmental!" Gon smiled "Actually your kinda right Killua she is like a sister to me."
Y/NS POV:
After I beat some losers ass I have made my way up to the waiting room the boys where in. I walked up to the door and opened it only to be eyeballed from a bunch of sweating Middle Ages men.
'Ew how gross I bet I could kick all of these guys asses' I glared back
"Y/n over here!" I head Gon call
I walked over to sit down in between Killua and Gon, making Gon scoot over. "Hey miss me?"
"Killua did."
"Gon do you have a death wish?!" He threatened, I bursted out giggling
"It's ok Kil I missed you to." I whispered nudging his arm
"Hello y/n! It's nice to meet you Killua told me a lot of great things about you and wow, he was right... I MEAN AH- how rude of me sorry! My name is Zushi!" A short brunette in a martial arts uniform introduced putting is hand out for me to shake.
'What in the hell?'
"Oh hello Zushi nice to meet you to!" I shook his hand and his face flushed red
'This little boy better be red from the body heat.' I deadpanned
"Oh Zushi she's older than you don't even think bout it." Killua teased putting his arm around my shoulder and brining me closer
'Fuck fuck fuck he's so close' I blushed
"KILLUA DONT BE A JERK!" Gon scolded
"What?! Im not doing anything." He pouted keeping his arm around me
"So Killua and Gon told me about your power level, Ose! I've very honored to be standing in Your presence." He bowed Infront of me
"Eh stand up kid it's no big deal!" I waved my hands sheepishly
"Ugh what a sap." Killua rolled his eyes
"2254 mister Killua and 1963 mister Zushi please make your way to arena A on the 57th floor."
"Huh I'm fighting Killua?!"
"Well you can't win em all." Killua takes his arm off my shoulder to stand up.
"Don't be an ass Kil." I told him as the boys got up and headed to the ring.
Gon's POV:
Y/n and I walk over to the stands and she sits there looking all tense.
"ALL RIGHT LADIES AND GENTLEMEN PLEASE PLACE YOUR BETS AS THE MATCH IS BEGINNING!"
I turn over to talk to Y/n about Killua but her mind seemed foggy. Her head glancing in different directions every 3 minutes.
'Hmm'
"Hey Y/n why are you so uptight?" I Observed as her back was straight and her hands placed on her lap squeezing each other "you haven't even been watching the fight."
"O-oh huh? I'm fine Gon I'm just nervous for Zushi heh..." she brushed it off
"Oh okay."
We watched the match between Killua and Zushi and I was so proud of Zushi for getting back up. Killua was getting very irritated and tried to go more intense, he seemed to not really like Zushi. I think it's because Zushi finds Y/n Attractive. Killua was winning until Zushi let out this energy very similar to Illumi's, I could feel it from here. It felt like death released in the ring.
"ZUSHI!!!" Wing screamed from the stands "STOP THIS AT ONCE!"
Zushi had regretted his decision to do whatever he did and surrendered. Killua had nocked him out and won because of it!
'Jeeze Killua you need to chill.'
After the match~
"so much for being cocky Killua he almost got you!" I teased
"HUH? NOT EVEN GON WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!"
"I wonder what that was though..." Y/n refers to the deadly energy that came from Zushi
"I know, it reminded me of my brother, I couldn't even knock the little shit out." Killua shivers "Hey guys let's change plans, Let's get to the top floors and discover what ever the fuck that technique was because what if it's important information!"
