"Mike, have you ever been in love?" Will asks me. I freeze. I didn't wanna be weird but I didn't wanna sound like a pussy either.
"Yes. But they never loved me back. I think I am in love but he- she would never love me back." I stutter. Shit. Now Will's onto me.
"Oh. Cool. I mean I have only a couple times." He smiles.
"Mhm." I say awkwardly.
"Have you seen anyone in the school?? Like that you thought was attractive or whatever?" Will smirks.
"Uh yeah. So far." I say genuinely.
"Ahh that's cool. I actually have too. That guy Jason us an eye catcher." Will laughs.
"WHAT!!! AFTER ALL OF THE HINTS I HAVE BEEN GIVING YOU. AND YOU LIKE A FUCKING JOCK. I HAVE LITERALLY TRIED TO PUT MY HEART INTO YOUR MIND WILLIAM. AND YOU LIKE JASON-" I snap then clap my mouth.
"Umm...I was going to say I was joking. I don't like Jason." Will says in a serious tone. He walks up and sits by me on the couch.
"But now that you mention it. Never thought I would be the special person." He smiles
I look at him and roll my eyes
"W-what! I dont like you. I-I mean well. Ha. I." I stutter.
"I get it, your parents don't really let their kids explore themselves." Will smiles.
"So. It's ok to like you?" I ask. I know I seem quite stupid right now. But i guess that's what love does to you.
"Mike, I think you should think about this ok. I'm not gonna force anything upon you..." Will smiles.
"Will? Your moms calling you!" Mom yells.
"Hey, see you tomorrow." He smiles.
What the fuck. Will made me loose hope tbh. He was just so chill about it. TOO chill. Like almost as if he didn't care at all.
