After that, it was all Chaos and I reached home it was two days later that I was alone in my room with David, Catalina and Daniel so I decided to tell them about the whole incident and I also said about my uncle being the murderer of my parents. "So you mean it's Uncle Lucifer who deliberately killed your parents?" asked David "Yes" I replied. Daniel was walking around in my room thinking something and Catalina started crying holding me. I rubbed her back and tried to console her. "Daniel, I want to file a complaint against my uncle and his family will you please help me with that?" I asked him he nodded and said "Of course but I think we should inform your elders first." "Sure thing" I replied.
Then after a discussion with all the elders the police officer was called and I complained about my Uncle Lucifer's family. I narrated to him all the incidents starting from the accident with my parents to my kidnapping from my engagement. He then went on asking some questions from me to which I reply honestly and without any fear.
After that, it was after three weeks that I completely recovered and it was decided that the engagement party will be held again in two days. Everyone was busy in the house with all the preparations for the engagement in full swing meanwhile we were also informed that everyone was arrested except Alfred. He was still out there roaming freely.
Uncle James and Daniel appointed a few security guards for the engagement party who were taking care of all the security and also the family members I wished that this time it should not happen anything and that it would go smoothly.
We decided to keep a party before the engagement only for us young adults no elders were allowed this idea was given by Mrs and Mr D'Silva themselves and we agreed after so much chaos happened in our life I thought we all needed some sort of break. We all invited our colleagues and friends I had no one as a friend I always had David, Catalina and Daniel as friends. We enjoyed so much that day we were up till 6:00 am and literally it was relieving seeing your friends and family enjoying.
The house was beautifully decorated with white roses and pink roses. It was the smell of roses and I loved the atmosphere so much. Everyone was getting ready and again I was in my room getting ready but I was not afraid because the security guards were continuously patrolling making sure of everyone's security after some time I was ready and waiting for Catalina because she was going to take me down. I heard people and guests from downstairs and then there was a knock on the door "Come in" I said Catalina entered "You are the beautiful bride-to-be Katherina. I am just speechless." I laughed and she hugged me. I returned the hug "You too look beautiful Catalina" I said "Really! Perfect!" she said and then took me down.
